We've had our water treatment system for about 15 years and they've always been very prompt with maintenance. Today I spoke with Latrice and while she had me on the phone she talked us through a minor hiccup, saving us the cost of a service call, which means a lot right here before Christmas! Highly recommend this company!

Herman came out after I called due to our drinking water system being clogged. We have had the system for just about 6 years now, and I have to say Herman was probably the most attentive tech we have had come out. He was very thorough, even fixed another issue that we have brought up in the past to other techs about the line being on hot water and not cold water. (yes brought this up to other techs and got told “it’s fine”.. not sure about yall but I prefer my drinking water to be on the colder side). Anyway I never leave reviews on literally anything but I was taken back a bit by how professional and how well Herman walked through everything.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The level of care and attention to detail really stood out. Our experience with UDI has been nothing short of amazing! Rudy was the rep who showed us the demonstration, and he was very knowledgable, helpful and trustworthy. We were very impressed with all he had to offer. We made our purchase and the very next day Tim came out to install the unit! He too was very professional and knowledgable. I feel very comfortable with each person we've had contact with at UDI ending with the final follow up meeting with Elana. The professionals at UDI are top notch and I'm so happy with our water.

I’ve had my water system for over 10 years. Completely satisfied. I love the soft water in the shower, and the kitchen sink drinking water faucet tastes delightful! Timely response! And Herman, who serviced my water system for yearly maintenance was wonderful! 10/10

Wow! The difference in our water is insane. Our water was at a level three with over a teaspoon of sediment per cup in our water. We have always wanted to have a home filtration system and reverse osmosis system, and we are so thankful that we were able to hit the ground running with one almost immediately after moving into our new place. Drinking water tastes so much better!! Thankful!

Rudy was so amazing with explaining everything and made the choice EXTREMLY simple. I am so happy with my purchase!!!!! ⭐ Tim installed the system, answered all of my questions, and was super professional and friendly during the process!!! ⭐ Elana came by after installation and made sure I felt comfortable with everything, and that any remaining questions were answered. We have had United Hydro for over 20 years. The water filtration system gives us peace of mind our water is clean. Our service technician, Jessie, has been doing our service for years. He’s friendly, prompt, and does a fantastic job. Fortunately, we only need to see him for yearly service, but look forward to seeing him every year. Highly recommend!
