Hello Lucy, We apologize you are not happy with the experience you had with us here at U Dirty Dawg today. We just wanted to address that Dan was in fact called before 2pm today and notified about the incident with Russel and that he was seen at Center Grove Animal Clinic right away prior to pick up. When Dan picked up, he made it very clear that he was not happy with the dogs' haircuts. At drop off this morning, we did have the groomer check him in and address the fact that Fletcher (CKC) was matted and needed to be shaved. Dan requested that the ears were to be shaved the same length as well. Dan was also shown a hair length chart to reference what length the haircuts would be and he picked a #7 all over, including the ears. During pick up, Russel (Maltese) was not bleeding from the wound, he did however have a small amount of serum drainage. We immediately took him back to the clinic and Dr. Emily personally went out to speak to Dan in the parking lot about the status of the wound and was given wound care instructions. A refund was provided for Russel's services along with covering the vet services needed to address the accidental cut. We also provided Dan with the contact information for the vet clinic if anything else is needed in regards to the wound and stated we would take care of whatever is needed. Again, we deeply apologize for the accidental cut and if Russel needs anything else please let us or the clinic know.
