Service with a Smile
Stopped in today to ask if they would put a tempered glass screen protector that had come with the case on my new Galaxy A25 phone. Of course they could - and done in less than 90 seconds! Expertly and cheerfully applied and even refused payment!

iStore Hereford said my iPad was dead and I had lost all the data...
...but just around the corner we found UBREAK.WEFIXIT and with nothing to lose, in we went.
What a totally different attitude. 'It may just be the battery sir. ยฃ65 if it is and your data (which was backed up in my Mac before a lightning strike fried it all) is totally safe and no charge if it isn't fixed. Come back in an hour and half!' Unbelievable.
Went and had lunch in the cathedral and visited the Mappa Mundi exhibition and then got a call to say my life was back up and running and all the data was safe. What amazing service and such friendly, positive guys.
Dashed back and sure enough there was my iPad alive and well with a few sticking plasters holding it together till it mended itself.
So the official iStore told me that the thing was dead because it wouldn't turn on and all my data was lost because they couldn't get to it. They offered to replace it with a smaller memory version for ยฃ315, but my data was still toast. The guys in UBREAK.WEFIXIT just laughed and fixed it for a fifth of the price and never doubted my data would be intact.
I now have it backed up to the dreaded iCloud but I would trust the guys at UBREAK.WEFIXIT with my life, let alone my iPad.

Perfect:
- a pre order for my unusual phone was taken without fuss;
- extremely friendly, welcoming staff;
- there was banter, but only when I started it...;
- my phone's battery works like it does as new, with no seeming internal or external damage to my phone.
