I happened to find this store while pulled over to key in a search for cell phone repair, LOL. It was right in front of where I parked to key in searches. Crazy.. I was LED THERE😇
The other locations close to me in Whitestown didn't service my particular phone anymore, nor did their sister company. Their loss. uBreakiFix was fantastic, reasonably priced, extremely kind and showed actual caring that I was so distressed and near frantic, especially after failed attempts and driving too many places.
Save time, energy, effort and emotional basket case status 😢 😪.. save yourself the 🤪 😜 CRAZY feelings of OMG!!! NOT THE PHONE!!🫣...📱
Just take it to the RIGHT PLACE FIRST, even if you take an extra distance drive, it's worth it.
I was treated with respect and kindness, even though I wasn't being my best. But... PLEASE GO IN THERE WITH AN OPEN HEART ❤️... don't let your bad moment of phone panic spread. The young lady I encountered was my Angel for the day😇.

My phone was directing calls to another number. Was not finding Network. And they fixed it. Dave was very personable and worked hard at it. And their Assurance plan for ALL electronics in the house is perfect for my techie household.

Initial experience had issues however after contacting management the issues were resolved and my phone is repaired and working like it should be.
