Nov 2025, almost 3 months to the day, my phone screens would not work, filed another claim, the initial girl freaked me out saying that it might be the mainboard gone bad and had me thinking I lost decades of stuff. Turns out It was just the inner screen cable had gone bad and needed replaced again. This time tho, they must have had fun while they had my phone cause luckily all my stuff was still on the phone, but a ton of settings were changed for some unknown reason, paired devices deleted, pretty mad I had to fix a bunch of things after the repair, this is why I don't like giving them my pin, I'd rather put the phone in maintenance mode before they get it, but I couldn't this time! Definitely not happy with what they did!!
Aug 2025, had to bring in for inner screen repair. They ended up replacing the inner, outer screens and casing under warranty
Way overpriced for repairs!!!!!
