SCAM ALERT! Here’s what happened. Truck would not start (2020). Seemed like the starter to me since battery had charge and you hear that click. Gentleman came out pretty quickly and was very courteous.
He had me sign their little contract to do the diag work ($300!). He said it would be applied and I was desperate so whatever. He was also helpful with some unrelated questions I had.
I should’ve gone with my gut though after seeing his testing equipment and the fact he didn’t have a simple 10-11mm wrench. He got the truck to start with some heavy duty cables, and said it was just the battery. I asked if he’d cut me a deal because it took him like 15-20 minutes. He said yeah, but either he lied or misunderstood me, because he charge the full $300 with no remorse.
I took my truck to a place with actual equipment, and they told me my starter is going out. I sent a text explaining this but no response. I tried to call him, again no response.
This is a straight up ripoff. Guy is just taking advantage of people who are frustrated and in a hurry, or just don’t know any better. He also tried to stay and watch me give him a 5 star review. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 star reviews please, as that was my fatal flaw.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! Went over everything with the service tech of what I did and did not want as far as services and what he was servicing and charging me for. Did only half of what he promised. He told me after he would replace a part, he would wait to see if my car started. He told me multiple times verbally he would. As soon as he replaced the part, he immediately asked for the money and left. Did not care about anything else. I asked him what about what he stated with me over the phone and in person. All he said was you signed the form. To be fair most of the time, the conversation was haggling which should have been a red flag from the beginning. Long story short, do not trust this company. They will state that you signed for what was on the form even though you can verbally agree with what you want to be done and they will still not follow your instructions. They will reply to the 1 star reviews to seem as if they have some sort of empathy for customer service since they know no one is going to respond back because we have better things to do. No I will not be replying back to a scammer. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
