I worked closely with Nikki as my son and his girlfriend bought their house in Aynor. Not being from South Carolina, and this being their first house purchase, Nikki was amazing at helping navigate and advise through the entire process. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the region and the real estate process. Nikki was in their corner throughout negotiations with the seller and we ended with a very positive outcome. Nikki & Adam were amazing. We were selling a family home and the situation was emotional. We are from out of town and needed someone who would be able to explain the process to us and handle tasks for us in our absence.There were many late night and weekend calls, they were always able to accommodate our schedules to explain the “what’s next” to us. They were very easy to talk to and communicate with and really made us feel like they would steer us in the right direction when a decision needed to be made. Nikki was very knowledgeable of the legal side of things and was always willing to explain it to us until we understood (which sometimes was more than once). They did everything they said they would do from our first meeting to the closing. They were absolutely fabulous and would highly recommend for a buyer or a seller.

I'm not sure what their motto is but it should be "Above and Beyond"! That has been our experience with Nikki and Adam. From the first day we flew in from Kansas City to start our search for a home in Myrtle Beach, to writing an offer and getting it accepted, to making sure we got all of our i's dotted and t's crossed after we got back to KC and then flying back down to close, they made us feel that no question or request was an inconvenience for them. Even after closing and moving in we had a bit of a hiccup with the house they stepped right in and made sure all was taken care of. Nikki was far more than just our Real Estate agent. She was our property Sherpa, relentlessly figuring out how to remove obstacles that got in our way. And there were many; but she kept on diligently advocating for us with the lenders, insurance agents, the seller and the HOA.
