2 Bros is on a completely different level — it easily takes the top spot and outshines all the well-known places by far. The quality, flavor, and consistency are just unmatched.
As for catering, they have never disappointed us even once. Every single time, they go above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!
Service was soooo perfect and they are so kind. Food was good with huge amount of chicken and chips.
Had a really great experience today! The team’s service was excellent — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The greeting was warm and genuine, which set the tone for the whole visit.
The food was absolutely delicious as always, but what really stood out today was how great the team was. Their attention and positive attitude made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

This review focuses on 2 Bro’s Slacks Creek, Kingston Road—not to be confused with the Underwood outlet, which has received mixed reviews regarding food quality and customer service.
The proprietors at 2 Bro’s Slacks Creek consistently demonstrate genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
During a previous visit, we inadvertently left a beverage behind, and they proactively contacted us regarding the matter.
Upon our return for lunch, they immediately inquired if we had forgotten our drink the week prior.
Not only did they recall our previous visit, but they also prepared a complimentary Biscoff shake as a thoughtful gesture.
Its is worth noting, that while we are regular patrons at Pappa Flock Garden City for their chicken burgers and tenders, 2 Bro’s Slacks Creek stands out for its consistently high standards.
Our continued visits to Pappa Flock are primarily for their fresh frozen lemon slushies and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
At 2 Bro’s Slacks Creek, I regularly order the Heat Seeker Box; and the fries are expertly seasoned and cooked, and the deep-fried wings accompanied by dill pickle slices are exceptional.
The burgers are always prepared with fresh ingredients, including milk butter buns, tomato, lettuce, pepper-crusted crumbed chicken fillets, and their renowned sauce.
The Raising Bro’s Box features three chicken tenders, fries, house sauce, and pickles—the tenders are reliably hot, juicy, and fresh, with pickles providing an excellent complement.
The Boss Burger is notable for its spicy fried chicken, American cheese, Nashville spiced sauce, and ranch dressing, offering a bold and flavourful experience.
Overall, my only suggestion for improvement would be to lower the air conditioning slightly or consider installing an air curtain at the entrance for enhanced comfort.

I recommend visiting 2 Bros Slacks Creek; it is highly likely to provide a very memorable & satisfying experience.
I had a very disappointing experience today. First, I was given the wrong food. When I politely told the worker that I didn’t order that item, she responded with a rude attitude instead of apologizing for the mistake.
When they replaced the order, it was handed to me in a damaged, poor-quality box, which felt careless and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and better service than this.
The girl who was working today seriously needs to learn some manners and how to deal with customers properly. Very disappointed.
