This team is amazing! Have done two trips with them and it’s completely seamless. From housing to transportation to every single reservation you need, they’ll handle it quickly and professionally. Anything you need at the house or otherwise, they will have it there in minutes. Will absolutely use them again and have already referred other friends traveling to CDMX to use their services. We had a blast of a weekend.

I had an amazing experience with Two Travel during my trip to Medellín. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organized, smooth, and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the people. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. They made us feel welcome and were always quick to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to Daniela, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire trip. Her communication was excellent, and she did a fantastic job handling all of the arrangements and making sure everything was taken care of. She was always responsive and made the whole experience feel effortless. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a fabulous time on our Mexico City trip curated by Two Travel. The guides they provided had a deep knowledge of the places and art that we saw. One was an art historian and another a biologist! Our driver was superb at handling the relentless Mexico City traffic and was helpful and prompt as well. Mexico City has wonderful culture, great art, many, many world class museums, ancient ruins and fabulous restaurants among other attributes. Two Travel was always available, day and night to help us enjoy our vacation.

We booked a Villa in Medellin with Two Travel and our experience was outstanding! The concierge service was amazing and everything was catered perfectly to how we wanted it. Daniela our Senior Concierge was very kind and hospitable and made our trip alot more exciting and made anything we wanted happen without a doubt. Customer service is amazing as well as the staff that was at the villa. Every single person on their team is great and they want you to have a great time. We stayed at this villa for my bachelorette trip and we had an amazing time! It was 8 women in a 10 bedroom house so we all had more than enough room. Our hosts were amazing from beginning to end. The communication, the clarity , the flexibility in accommodating us was perfect. The location of this villa is amazing as well. We were walking distance from most of the places we visited. Breakfast was great every morning. There was a water issue our last night there, but it affected all of Cartagena and was at no fault of our guests. I will say be prepared to walk flights of stairs as the villa is 3 stories. But it was all great!

Two Travel was absolutely amazing at helping us plan a trip to Mexico City for a group of 10 of us. The entire weekend from groceries being ready at the BNB when we arrived to tickets for each event and coordination with the vendors, was taken care of the team. If you are going to CDMX with a large group, I highly recommend them!

We used the Two Travel team for our family trip to Colombia. We visited 3 cities in 15 days and they were incredible with villa booking, services, reservations, last minute changes and everything in between! We were 15 people traveling from 4 to 74 years old so accommodating everyone’s needs wasn’t easy but having the team helping us daily was a big help! Highly recommend Ray and his team.

This was our first time using a concierge service, and Two Travel completely exceeded our expectations! Everything we asked for, they delivered. Like any trip, we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but what impressed us most was how quickly they handled everything. A huge shoutout to Carolina Lopez in Cartagena — she was amazing! She would respond within minutes, immediately address any issue, and accommodate last-minute changes or new plans on the spot. We felt safe and taken care of throughout the entire trip, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy Colombia. Definitely an awesome experience, and we would absolutely use Two Travel again. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Medellin at an amazing, clean, and well managed Airbnb by Two Travel. Daniela was our host and she was the BEST! She gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing.
