Would highly recommend Two Travel to anyone looking to plan a trip in Cartagena. Just used them for a bachelorette party for 9 people. They offered trustworthy recommendations, helped to make all logistics seamless, and elevated our experience to the next level with all of the thoughtful touches on the ground that I wouldn’t have been able to handle on my own. There’s a whole staff of super sweet and organized people who are willing to help almost around the clock and answer/get things done in no time. They made us feel welcome and at ease with everything we could possibly need. Would use again in any of their other locations!

Two Travel was hands down amazing! The entire team took care of all our needs effectively and efficiently. They made sure all our group’s reservations and activities were booked on time and were easily able to make last minute changes when needed. Would highly recommend using their services.

Our private boat tour ended early per captains discretion. And they refused to give us a portion of the money back. When we brought up how infair the situation was. We also asked to change date due to weather concerns and they stated they would talk to the boat and it wouldnt be a problem. Well it was an issue when we got on the boat. Bluetooth also didnt work like they quotes us. Also boat company said no one from two travels contacted them with our concerns about the weather. They kind of ghosted us after experience. We went with this company believing we would be taken care of. I paid for 8 hours on a boat and only recieved 5 hours. My main issue.

Little time to plan and vague ideas on what to do? Two Travel is for sure the answer to that problem! We recently went to Cartagena for a bachelor party and they were able to help with the planning, payments and booking of restaurants and night activities with no problem. The whole team is super supportive and are available literally almost 24/7 making it super convenient for solving any type of problems/requests. Highly recommend to plan your next trip with Two Travel specially when traveling with large groups, 5 stars well deserved!

We used Two Travel to coordinate and advise for what was our first visit to Colombia. It's ideal as they have teams on the ground in both Cartanega and Medellin. They were INCREDIBLE!!!! Before we left the UK we had a coordination call with our initial plans. They have a web based itinerary that can be changed as needed. The lead concierges in both cities, Carolina and Jonathan met with us on our arrival and also stopped by for our departures. One of the most incredible things they donisnset up a WhatsApp group with their whole team. If you have a question it's answered almost instantly by one of the team. They are partnered with some excellent guides (especially Gaston in Medellin!) and also make the BEST dining recommendations. They are able to make on the spot reservations and alter things to meet your needs. Every morning you get a WhatsApp message reminding you of your plans for the day. Honestly this such good value for the 5* service you get. Would recommend them 100 percent. Thanks Ray and the whole team. You were all outstanding

Two Travel planned a bachelor party in Mexico City for us. They secured reservations at top restaurants, bars, and clubs, helped organize daytime activities tailored to our interests, and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. Everything was planned down to the last detail. Everyone in our group had an amazing time, thanks to Ray and Nataly. Highly recommend their service and we would use them again !

Finding a concerige service in the digital age is hard. The Two Travel team was nothing but professional and accommodating in every single way. They ensure you don't get baited and switched. Need a reso? Check. Need some medicine? Check. Anything you need they are at service They made the trip so easy. We had 13 humans to move around and plan for. Anything you need they had. Super transparent and every single staff member was amazing and hospitable. 11/10 would recconmend. Special shout out to Junior and Yosayro. Two of the hardest working guys on the team. Specifically for always coming with the biggest smiles no matter the request!

I wanted to plan a bachelorette without the headache, and Two Travel really delivered! They made every step of the process easy, from planning the itinerary, finding an Airbnb for 8, coordinating our group every day during the trip and accommodating us when someone couldn’t come last minute. Jonathan and Ray were so flexible, and the tours/activities we booked had amazing guides. We had such a great time learning about the history and culture of Medellín. I’d highly recommend them to anyone I know traveling to Colombia or Mexico City!

Two Travel was absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful trip to Colombia using their services. The activities they picked for us were very fun and always had the friendliest guides/staff. Had an amazing experience at one of their Airbnb‘s in Cartagena. It was set up with a very friendly security guard and a lovely cook and cleaner, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Two travel was professional courteous, and they had great communication which made our check-in and check out a breeze. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
