We had an awesome time in Cartagena, and a big part of that was thanks to TwoTravel. They made planning the bachelor trip super easy and helped us get the most out of the city without any stress. From the airport pickup to the private boat day and all the nightlife recommendations, everything was smooth and well-organized. The villa they arranged was perfect for our group, and they were always quick to respond if we had questions or needed help during the trip. You can tell they know the city really well and have great local connections. If you're planning a bachelor trip or group getaway to Cartagena, I’d definitely recommend working with TwoTravel. Two Travel is truly a godsend for those traveling to Cartagena! Ray and his superstar team including Sr. Concierge, Alia, handled our trip planning with complete ease. We gave them the vision and they brought it to life. From lodging our bachelor group in a villa to making restaurant reservations and booking our activities and boating excursions, even ensuring smooth logistics for nightlife. They arranged for welcome bags to be made and throughout the weekend made sure we had everything we needed without breaking a sweat. We cannot recommend Two Travel enough for Colombia and Mexico! 10/10 x100!

I was fortunate to discover Two Travel while searching for boat rental options in Cartagena, and though my plans shifted, the initial interaction left a lasting impression. I was thrilled to learn that they could assist with concierge services for my solo trip to Medellín. The level of service provided was truly exceptional. The customized itinerary they created perfectly aligned with my goals, including restaurant hopping, tours, relaxation, and vibrant nightlife. From the personal greeting upon arrival, it was clear I was in capable hands. Throughout my trip, they remained available for any special requests, provided helpful reminders for daily activities, and ensured consistent follow-up. I couldn’t have asked for a better concierge team—genuine, friendly, and dedicated individuals who made my experience far beyond what I had imagined.

What can I say! This team helped me out together the best Bachelor party! Their attention to detail was spot on! Everything I ask, for they took care of all reservations, all travel! Meet us at the airport with a large cooler full of ice cold beer! If they recommend something. Go with their recommendation. We went to Cartagena, Every team member spoke great English and truly treated you like a vip!! They even brought us sun screen to our hotel pool! So. I’ve you truly want to relax. Hire this team !!

Our group came to Cartagena to celebrate our best friend’s bachelor party, and I am so happy that he booked the Two Travel team to be our conscierge. I was beyond impressed with the accommodations they provided for us. The villa was comfortable, beautiful, and instantly felt like home. The in house staff was ready to spring into action from the moment we arrived to moments beyond our departure. Waking up to freshly made breakfast, fruit, and juice - requests for laundry or room cleaning - general maintenance of the house and spaces - ensuring we were safe and secure - the list goes on at how impressive Ingrid, Erika, Julio, and Juan were for us. I personally felt like family. For the concierge - there was no request too big or small that they were unable/unwilling to accommodate. When we needed to know where to go, we got more than enough recommendations. When we needed extra drinks, they were delivered within an hour or 2. When I needed my hair braided, I had an appointment scheduled to come to the house. If something was broken, maintenance was there expeditiously to get it fixed. When we needed an IV to recover from the week, the nurse was at our door the next morning ready to provide what we needed. Caro and Alia are both charming, witty, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Their love for their job and Cartagena are apparent in every conversation. Rafa knew all the ins and outs of Cartagenas nightlife. He provided places to go, good conversation, and made us feel secure when leaving and arriving back home. The whole team went above and beyond our entire trip. When I come back to Cartagena, there is no other team I’d rather have. Thanks again!!

We recently took 80 people to Medellin for our wedding. We used two travel for all the logistics. To say this wedding wouldn’t have happened without them is an understatement. They made sure everyone had rides, dinner reservations, travel itineraries. They were available at all hours. If you travel without them you are seriously doing yourself a disservice. Daniela was absolutely amazing along with all of her staff. Don’t make the mistake of not using them!

Would highly recommend Two Travel! We were unfamiliar with the area and had the best restaurant, bar and excursion suggestions. They gave us piece of mind throughout the whole trip and were extremely communicative. Fully believe our trip would have not been the same without them.

Incredible experience. Would never go back without them. From the minute we landed we were in constant contact with them rescheduling and finding everything everyday! They even came to the hotel to walk us 6 minutes away to the best salsa lesson so we wouldn’t get lost. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Please do not rent from this host for an AirBNB!!!! A couple of my friends and I booked this AirBNB back in November for the Feb 20-23. We are all Military and federal employees. The President of the United States issued a directive banning all federal employees from personal travels to Columbia in January. We contacted Two Travel to inform them of the U.S. President’s directive to get our deposit back and they said no and we canceled a MONTH before the trip! Bad business!

I had a great experience with this team. I had planned an extensive trip with many needs, medical requirements and accomodations. They did ALL of it above and beyond. I had part of my trip cancel and the team worked so hard to get me refunds successfully. The ENTIRE team was on point, quick replies and accomodations especially ALIA and DANIELA and RAY - dream team, will definitely use again

We set up a trip and paid half up front (10 of us) however we couldn’t fly to Colombia due to the flight restrictions that was recently added. We asked for our deposit back once we learned of the ban. The company refuse to return our deposit, I mean we were still planning on going once the banned was lifted but we have no idea how long it will be in place. The company still refuse to return our deposit. It’s nobody fault we didn’t make the ban our countries did so why not just do good business and return the deposit? I don’t understand where the disconnect is? They have to do better in these cases.

Horrible experience, due to the changes in the United States, we had to cancel our trip to Colombia and even with 2-3 weeks in advance, this place won’t give us the deposit back, don’t do business with this company as they will not be professionals about it

Made a reservation for a group of 10 through travel agent. Had to cancel due to work. The company had almost 15 days to re-rent the property and would not return my deposit of $2500. No clear refund policy listed on website. Terrible experience. Trying to see they will honor the deposit if we can change dates! No polices were written anywhere! Owner will not honor deposit if dates are changed. I was also threatened to get banned from Cartagena rentals because of this review!
