Easy to order online. Pricing better than Xfinity Clean no-fuss install. Getting great upload and download speeds One outage (system wide) a few days after I signed on. Good and frequent communication during the outage. If this is a one-off I might raise to 5*, but since I don’t know yet I rated as 4 *

The scope of this comment is limited to service order, installation, and initial data experience - the experience have been good. It’s a different wireless technology, compared to 5/6G or LTE, which I wanted to try. San Jose is a mostly sunny place. Yesterday on a sunny day reception was good. Today the morning is a bit cloudy and hazy, still going great. A real bit-rate stress test will happen during the next several days. So far so good ….

I recently switched from Sail to Twist for faster service. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff who was amazing. He was so friendly, charming and very knowledgable. He completed the work so fast! I was amazed by how fast it was! He did mention because I already had Sail Internet and that most of the work was done already and so he did not have to do much. My appointment time was 8am-10am and he arrived around 8:20am and finished the job at 9:45am. Honestly, I think he finished around 9:25-9:30am but because he and I were talking, I think i delayed him bit. His level of professionalism is outstanding! I had so many questions and he answered them without any hesitation! Thank you Jeff for the great conversation and for answering all my questions! Thank you for being so warm and kind to me and my kids! I hope Twist knows what a huge asset you are to the company and that they give you a raise!

I recently switched from Xfinity to Twist for my internet and streaming, and so far I’m very happy with the decision. The price was a huge factor—Twist costs about half of what I was paying with Xfinity. Scheduling the installation was quick and easy, and the technician was outstanding. He was the best installer I’ve ever had. He was professional, friendly, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about him. It’s been 48 hours since the installation, and I’ve experienced no connection drops or slowdowns. My streaming services have all worked flawlessly. One of the main reasons I chose Twist was because several of my neighbors already use it and all gave it a big thumbs-up. Based on my experience so far, I completely understand why. I’ll be canceling my Xfinity service today.

The best installation experience possible! The technician was right on time and asked great questions to ensure the wiring was done perfectly for our needs (our son does gaming, we just do email). He dropped the internet line in my son's room and hid it behind the desk. We couldn't be happier. I'd give him a 10 star review if possible!

I just got this yesterday, so will need to wait and see how good it is in the long term, but the installation was quick and the technician made sure it was working properly and connecting to the optimal "tower", so I could get good speeds. Speed tests after the installation were much better than what I was getting with my previous Internet provider.
