Needed to replace a gappy up & over door and came across TWF after seeing the DIY guy on YouTube whilst researching. The job seemed fairly straightforward, so I placed an order for the 77mm slats version & wireless control. Laura got back to me just to confirm measurements before placing the order, then it was all systems go. 4 weeks later, it all arrived following a days notice of delivery (an extra day or two would have been handy). All parts were extremely well packed & transported with care. It took two of us half a day to remove the old door and fully fit this one, it really was dead easy, and the overall fit was spot on! Had some difficulty setting the door limits as this wasn’t too clear in the instructions, and didn’t tally with the online videos, but I called TWF and Tom talked me through the process. All sorted! A great company to deal with and one I’d happily recommend. Thanks TWF! * Update a year on, the door has been faultless until a few weeks ago when the door kept bouncing back open and the controller beeping. A quick email and Steve identified the problem to be the bottom rubber not sealing properly. As it was still in warranty, he sent a new rubber seal within days, which was easily replaced, and the fault resolved. TWF are great, great products and exemplary customer service! Thanks guys!

After checking out a few places for prices, and a couple of phonecalls with some queries (newbie here at fitting), I finally chose TWF for our garage roller door as they were the most competitive. It was a decision I would not regret! Both before I purchased and aftersales customer service was absolutely 1st class! Spoke to a great guy called Tom who answered every question I had promptly and accurately to help me out with the installation. First class !!! I literally cannot say a bad word about this company or its products!! From the original enquiry through my lengthy questions Laura and the team have been fantastic soo helpful even their delivery guys are prompt informative happy and polite. The price was lower than others and I was a little concerned it was going to be ( you get what you pay for ) but I couldn't be more wrong its solid quiet and looks fantastic was easy to i stall they supplied fitting instructions and helpful links. We have a TWF garage door installed by our builder and are very happy with it. After a while one of the remotes went and I put a query into TWF for help, well they couldn't be helpful enough, via the WhatsApp chat, they contacted me immediately and turned out one of the remotes was faulty. I called Laura in the office and they sent me a replacement without any quibbles!! Would highly recommend!!

Bought two customised type 55 Roller Shutter Garage doors from TWF a couple of months ago. Good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is first class. Delivery on time and right to the door by a great staff member. Both fitted easily. So impressed, I ordered a very large type 77 Shutter to install as a secure freestanding rear driveway entrance, replacing heavy wooden gates. Now fitted and are great. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this company enough. I bought a roller garage door from them a few years back and needed some replacement slats after my father-in-law reversed into it! Although they no longer did the same style slats they gave me a very good quote for a complete replacement curtain which was delivered very quickly. Ordered my door and as on the website was delivered in 4 weeks. Absolutely OK for the DIY'er. Good quality, works very well. The Mrs and I completed the door in half a day and that includes me tweaking my garage frame to get it absolutely square and flat all round. Only improvements I'd suggest is the company making sure there's a wiring diagram for the key switch, hard to be sure where the 7 wires go on two switches but a phone call sorted it immediately. Also, although you're told the turn around time is a month you get an email the evening before stating it's coming the following afternoon. 😳 Overall a good buy, hopefully I won't need the 5 Yr guarantee.
