Emergency enquiry responded to within 10 minutes and a courier solution was found within the hour. Excellent customer service and excellent communication for a fair price. Collection at 11pm and parcel arrived as scheduled the following morning with plenty of time to spare, turning a potential nightmare into a celebration.
