A terrible experience!!
Should have turned up Friday 14th between 2 & 5PM. Checked 6 times throughout the day with the company to check it was still happening due to heavy rain. Was told at 4.30pm that engineer would now not be arriving. What can you do then??
Rearranged for first thing Monday morning 17th between 9-11AM, after several more calls was told not arriving again. Apparently, he was on the way me but went SICK so did not come. No one else available!
Was told my appointment could now be rearranged for Wednesday 19th (with Priority apparently ) but couldn't give a time. According to their website, guaranteed customer satisfaction, no, it's a lie.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, LIES AFTER LIES AND NO COMMUNICATION WITH THERE CUSTOMERS. I should not have to call throughout the day to check then right at the end of the day, engineer not attending. Not good enough, didn't care, didn't seem interested when I asked to speak to a manager!!
Would never use them again, shame, it was a business appointment that would have resulted in long term financial gain for them!
