Turn It On Electric provided excellent service from beginning to end. They repaired our broken light fixtures, fixed a malfunctioning bathroom fan, and serviced our smoke detectors with great care and attention to detail. We were given a fair and honest estimate, and there were no surprises. Our technician, Brendan Flowers, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues and the repairs, and we felt confident everything was done correctly and safely. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Turn It On Electric and will absolutely use them again.

I do high-end Property Management in Scottsdale. Over the last 15 years I have either worked with or vetted most of the electricians in the valley. Turn it on electric Is my sole provider for all my electric needs across all my properties. The advantages in working with them stem from the fact that this is a smaller company ran and operated by the owner. They only have a handful of electricians but this means their attention to detail and quality control is superlative. All of the techs are absolute rock stars. Their quoting structure is very fair and ethical. Rather than charging a fee for showing up and then an hourly rate, turn it on electric gives free estimates and then quotes a single price for the entire Job. A+++++++ on Service, communication, value, quality of work, and proficiency Chad, Josh, and Mike are all total studs.

Initially they told me a guy would come out that day from 12-4. Well I waited and the guy never showed. I tried calling at 3:55 and they were already closed for the day. Around 8pm that night I get a text from the technician they had scheduled for me and told me he had just received the call out and was willing to come address the issue right then. So I guess there was some issue with their dispatch. But the issue wasn't that urgent that I needed him to come out that late so I just asked if he could come in the morning. He said yes and that he would message me in the morning. Sounded like he was going to be able to come in the morning but his first call ended up taking longer and so he didn't get out until about 2pm that day. But, he was really nice and easy to work with and he did stay in communication pretty well. I was annoyed to be waiting for so long only to not have someone show up when I was told they would, but as a technician myself, I can understand it. He found and repaired the issue fairly quickly. I would try Turn It On Electric one more time should the need arise.

Had a security camera and outside light that weren't working. Called for an appointment and Marcus came out, quickly identified the issue and got those up and running. Due to the age of the house he recommended I have him work on the circuit panel to get it cleaned up. He did a great job and showed me exactly what he did. Also requested he run a box so a ceiling fan with light could be installed in the office. He was very professional and efficient. We had used them years ago as well and were very happy with the work then. I would highly recommend Turn It On Electric!

This company is extremely efficient and professional. I had EV charger installed by another company the wiring was incorrect and not code compliant these guys came out and were able to install it correctly and then they took care of all the permitting and everything else on their end. I would strongly recommend as they do not take shortcuts and they only use premium materials, which was a big plus for me as a consumer.
