Turner Plumbing was great. I called them in the late afternoon not expecting them to get to me on the same day. The person that answered the phone was very nice and went to work on setting me up for a visit and actually had a tech that could stop by in less than 30 minutes. Mark English was the tech and he showed up promptly. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He performed the repair quickly and I was suprised that the cost was very reasonable. I have a busted copper line under my slab. I had another plumber I was working with. He told me to get a leak detection company to find the leak and he could come back to repair it. Well, the leak detection company found the leak and first thing in the morning I busted up the slab to get the pipe accessible then called and texted this other plumber. Never heard back from him! Thats when I called Turner and they were awesome to work with. There's nothing worse than a Company not responding to you. Thank you Turner Plumbing!

In 2025 I called in to get a quote to replace our existing tub/shower fixtures for matte black bathroom fixtures for the bathtub/shower only. The quote was over $1200, so I questioned the price (as anyone would do) and the girl back then was very rude. I decided to look elsewhere. Today I called in for a leak in my bathroom and was told by a girl that Mrs. Turner has decided that they do not want to do business with us moving forward because we were not happy with their prices. I clarified with the employee that it was Mrs. Turner that refused our business and told us to go elsewhere. She confirmed this. We had previous work done by Turner Plumbing and have been very happy. We were just unhappy with the fixture prices. They were more than double other companies for the same brand and install. The girl I just spoke with was super rude and argumentative. Jacksonville is a large city, with plenty of plumbers. It is a choice to call Turner Plumbing. Think twice before calling. We won’t ever call again.
•In response to the response from the Owner below, as stated above, we will not call again. If Mrs.Turner felt the need to make sure we went elsewhere, then the company does not care that we had a plumbing issue. It’s really sad and there is nothing to make right. The employee this morning reiterated Mrs.Turner’s request to have us go elsewhere more than once. What can you possible say to make that right. What kind of resolution can you offer a previous client that has been told to go elsewhere by the owner? Your response makes no sense at all.

I had a great experience with Sebastian at Turner Plumbing. He serviced my tankless water heater. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and how willing they were to get my problem taken care of quickly. They were very accommodating in making changes to the schedule as the part needed for the repair was delayed arriving.

Mac and his associate did a wonderful job repairing our toilet. They were on time, efficient, and very nice people to work with. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Great experience with my technician Jacob J. He got straight to business and got our shower issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Will definitely ask for Jacob again if anything comes up in the future.
