Mark and Joshua were very professional and got to work quickly fixed the leak and replaced the pipes. They were efficient, finished up the job quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Turner. Also Pam the receptionist is a real peach.

Mac and John did a superb job replacing my water heater. They were quick, problem solved a sizing issue correctly beforehand, with an 1/8th of an inch to spare. It's nerve wracking to trust someone on an 1/8th of an inch but Mac was spot on with his measurements. I have already scheduled another job with them. Excellent pricing and services.

Low rating just to draw your attention to issue. $571.00 .......No fault of Turner. Was having a garbage disposal changed out. I bought the InSinkErator Badger 500, 1/2 HP Continuous Feed Kitchen Garbage Disposal, Badger Series from home depot for 160.00. When it was installed it burnt out instantly. I ended up buying same make off of Turner for 190.00. I called in InSinkErator about the issue because it just got under warranty and they said I should have left it installed and they would have sent one of there warranty people out and they would have taken care of it. So I paid Turner 380.00 in labor for a garbage disposal to install. Lol, by the way J&W Heating and Air and Plumbing is $199. 00 flat price.

Extremely happy with Mac McLendon , very professional . Explain in details what he was doing . He and his assistants were friendly . They come out to finish a repair that was not done completely right the first time by another technician. Company only charge me for the part . I highly recommend this plumbing service .
