Scam SCAM COMPANY I ordered an engine in September 26 and it has not arrived. I called multiple people who was “in charge” of delivery. Been getting the run around. Was told that their delivery service is a third party service. I’ve been told that my engine was supposed arrive one day and didn’t arrive. Called back and was told tomorrow. Didn’t arrive. Then they guaranteed a date and GUESS WHAT? STILL DIDNT ARRIVE. IM A MONTH IN. THIS GAME BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH. Nobody has answer to when my engine will show up or even a confirmation number or tracking number to where my engine is at! Called today and was told my engine was 10 minutes out at 4:21 PST AND NOTHING ARRIVED. Called back at 4:59PST NOBODY ANSWERED. Feel like I’m being scammed. I called and asked about what’s the procedure to canceling the order and was met with “it’s going to be hard because we have to charge a restock fee and charge for delivery fees”. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING IF MY ENGINE HAVE NOT ARRIVED AND NOBODY IS HELPING ME FIX THIS ISSUE. 3200 dollars and this company along with their third party delivery company acts like they have n no idea what’s going on. I would give this company a ZERO in hopes nobody else orders from here or at least goes through what I’ve been going through!

Avoid Turbo Auto Parts! They sent me a broken engine and took zero responsibility for it. Losing $3600 on this deal was a huge mistake. Customer service, especially John, was unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire process even worse. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.

Dishonest and untrustworthy service I had a terrible experience. I ordered an engine with 50,000 miles, confirmed through Carfax, but received it nine days later with water in one cylinder. A compression test showed major issues—one cylinder had zero compression, and the best was only 89 lbs. After difficult and frustrating conversations, including being hung up on, I finally learned they sent the wrong engine altogether. Despite admitting their mistake, they offered a refund minus shipping costs (advertised as free), return shipping, and a 35% restocking fee. Their claims of cleaning and testing are clearly false. I’ve disputed the charges and filed complaints. Avoid this business entirely.

COMPLETE SCAM The first transmission I received arrived damaged. The second one they sent turned out to be the wrong part entirely, and I had to actually tell them that. The third transmission was an even bigger disaster—it started slipping almost immediately and performed worse than the original, faulty transmission it replaced. This whole experience has been horrible; it put me back about 2 1/2 months and $2,500. Please learn from me.

This place is a total scam. This place is a total rip-off. What they advertise on their website is not what you will receive; it's a fraud. I bought an engine from Turbo Auto Parts with 41,968 miles. I asked if it was available and they confirmed it was. I bought it, and what I received was a broken engine with oil leaks and 110,208 miles. The mileage does not match the purchase receipt or the vehicle identification number (VIN). When I called to request a refund because I didn't receive what I ordered, they told me they couldn't. They said if I wanted to cancel, I would have to pay a 35% restocking fee plus $2,500 for shipping. I paid $12,207.84 for the engine. I refused to pay the restocking fee and shipping because they sent me something I didn't order. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Aaron and Joe are professional scammers. They sent someone to pick up the engine, but they never gave me the bill of lading (BOL) that the truck driver requested. I called and contacted Turbo Auto Parts to have it emailed to me. They didn't respond until 2 p.m. with a text message claiming I refused to ship the engine, which is completely false. They presented this as evidence to the bank and are now appealing my bank's decision. I imagine they've done this many times. They repossessed the engine, and I'm left with a $12,207.82 credit card debt. Don't buy anything from this company; it's a scam. I currently have two complaints against this business: one in Texas, where I live, through the Texas Attorney General, and another in Florida, where Turbo Auto Parts is located. I also have a civil lawsuit against this business with my attorney and a dispute with my bank. If you don't want to go through what I'm going through, stay away from this business!

Worst experience ever I got an engine from them that was only supposed to have 55k miles it was no good I sent it back with videos of it running hard and the codes that it was throwing the computer and it's been 3 weeks now with no refund and they still took more money out my account through koalifi I strongly recommend not to use this company I trt calling I get no answer then someone will text saying the refund is on the way worst experience ever I wouldn't recommend this site or company to no one

Total scam I bought a door for my car from them. It didn't come on the date they said. They even offered me free shipping. I called 3 times with no answer, switched to my work phone and they answered right away. "Oh, the delivery truck crashed. We are sending through a new delivery company, now we need to charge you $120 for shipping." So, I guess I got scammed for $300. Don't fall for it. Stay far away from these scumbags.

99% sure it’s a SCAM. Read my review, you be the judge… This review is for “TurboAutoParts.us”. This HAS to be a SCAM. I google-searched “Jasper engines”, first pop up was JasperEngineWorld.com…seemed legit, but not. Tried online to get a quote, clicked a button “call for price”. Got transferred 2x (both times heavy Indian accents). There was a lot of phone chatter in the background, clearly I’m talking to someone in a call-center environment. “Jack Dawson” with a heavy Indian accent quotes a $1,400 price for an engine than sells 3-5x more in the real world. So I thanked him for the ‘quote’…they have my name, phone number, and email address….but they ain’t getting my $$$!

I want to quickly share my experience with Joe — who, as it turns out, is also one of the owners of Turbo Auto Parts . I’m short on time, but here’s the bottom line: be extremely cautious with this company. The reviews on their website seem questionable — most likely fake. The real story is in the reviews you’ll find on Google and other platforms. It started with Joe telling me he double-checked the engine I needed. The next day, he suddenly said it wasn’t available — after I had already spent a lot of time with them. Joe lied to me multiple times, from general details to specifics about the engine. He gave me explanations that made absolutely no sense and clearly thought I wouldn’t notice. He kept claiming he was “just a salesperson” and would “talk to his manager,” but it was all part of the same lie. Eventually, I had enough. When I called him out and said, “Stop lying to me,” he became extremely rude and unprofessional. Bottom line: unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and unreliable. I ended up finding the same engine elsewhere for half the price. Check everything 10 times before doing business with them — especially Joe.

Smooth talking scammers I attempted to purchase a transmission from this place costing $1,350 after giving them April amount of time to ship the transmission to me I began reaching out I made several attempts to no avail and finally after numerous voice messages my call was answered and they assured me they would check on my order and return my call after waiting days for them to return my call again contacted them at this time they told me my order was waiting to be shipped out only to find that wasn't true after days of reaching out again I received an email which is attached to this complaint what they told me one of their mechanics died and they were unable to process my order at that time and I would need to give them some time after numerous more days of waiting I contacted them again spoke with someone who finally told me that they have changed merchants but they did refund my money even sent me a screenshot or something of the kind showing that my money was refunded after days of waiting for my money to return to my account I contacted them again at this time they told me the merchant is denying them refunding my money and that is going to take 6 months which is prompting me to write this review about this company and I also can foresee a civil action taking place to resolve my issue with this company that is failing to return my total of amount of $1,350 this company is a joke and nothing short of scam
