I enjoyed the food, I thought the garlic fries (I believe that’s what it’s called) was good. I did love the Vodka Parm burger of the month, it was very tasty. I also tried the Korean burger which was also decent as well. Service was nice too, guy seemed cool & he gave me my sweet tea with lemon (goated stuff)- and it had just enough bg noise to not bother me.

Was debating between here or chick-fil-a, and am disappointed I chose here. I would not order a chicken sandwich again. The chicken itself was good, but the bun completely disintegrated from the sauce. I would not use potato bun for a saucy sandwich. The fries were so bland, I could tell they were frozen. It even seems like they're trying to skimp on their packaged goods. The cutlery was so dimpy and barely able to cut through the sandwich. Overall did not feel like they put out a quality product.
Parking on weekdays at lunch time is very limited.

The drive through automatically charges 20%.
I pressed the no tip button but it still charged me.
Said something to the person handing me the receipt and said "oh yeah, ok, let me get the manager" like they knew this happens on a regular basis. They did refund the tip, or at least claimed they did. Won't know until I see it clear the bank.
I told the manager it should not default a tip for the drive through and they showed no interest at all in getting it changed.
So, be careful, you might have already got scammed.
Damn good chicken!
I got The Southern, added Avocado for $2 - huge sandwich, It was so good, I could only eat half before I got full. The chicken is so juicy, perfectly fried.
I also got the coleslaw for my side, subtle flavors and refreshing.
Went for lunch, group of 3 - was spacious enough, table seats 2-6 in the "disconnected" section closest to the parking lot, while the main section (restrooms near here) looked good for 1-2 person groups.
I'm not a fan of the layout of this location, because the restrooms are shared between this place and a pizza place, 313. Where we were seated, you had to go outside, then into main section that has the restroom. Then to get to the restroom, it's a maze, no direction signs. Seems like an easy fix.
Good service getting seated and getting our food. We had to ask for the check at the end after wondering when that would come. Overall, the servers were kind, friendly, and brought refills before drinks were empty - I love when servers have that attention to detail!

I went to Tumble 22 because I was hungry. I left because my body told me to. I ordered a spice level that sounded like a suggestion, not a threat. The cashier looked at me the way doctors look at X-rays. The chicken came out shiny and peaceful. First bite? Amazing. Second bite? Incredible. Third bite? My mouth went numb and my thoughts turned off like someone unplugged me.
This chicken is disrespectful. It is not spicy — it is loud, aggressive, and personal. Sauce everywhere, bun fighting for its life, chicken hanging out like it pays rent. I drank my entire drink and the heat clapped back. Napkins were useless, my hands were ruined, and the workers were smiling like this was pay-per-view. I sat there silent, sweating, staring at nothing. I drove home in complete peace because my brain was empty. One star because I lived.
The whole experience was amazing from the time we walked in till the time we got up to leave. Food was PERFECT. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere 👌 WILL BE BACK

I like this place, but I had a LUNCH of a 3-piece combo (came with fries), a Coke and a slice of key lime pie, and the bill was $30 with tip. For 1 person! It isn’t THAT good. It’s a nice place and the chicken is really well prepared…but be ready to spend some hefty cash for a meal that you can get elsewhere for about 20% less.
Their dive burger is outstanding. Get the bacon and an egg on it. You'll love it! Heavenly eggs are good, though recently they've changed something. The deviled eggs recipe seems to have shifted and everyone i know that has them gets an upset stomach otherwise, theyre very very good. I come here for a local bite to eat regularly. The chicken tenders are great too, the several levels of heat they offer makes a great way to add some spice to your food. I cant really name anything I dont like from it.

The ambiance was casual cute, modern Texas diner meets dive bar vibe. The food was great! Everything was fresh, seasoned and flavorful. I am a chicken sandwich girlie and the chicken sandwich was excellent! Even the bun was tasty! The service was good, everyone was friendly, manager and even the chef checked on the us. Overall it was a 5 star dining experience. Which was nice because we were just looking for a spot to waste time while traffic dwindled down on I-10.
