Great experience with Cheyenne from Tufts. Gave us an estimate over the phone and followed up with a couple of texts. Arrived on time and walked through with us to see if there were any areas we wanted him to pay special attention. Did a great job cleaning our carpets and wool rug; they look great.

I am a rental housing owner and have hired Tufts Carpet Cleaning a dozen times in seven years. Cheyenne Tufts always does an excellent job. He is easy to schedule with, always on time, does a thorough job cleaning and is very nice and professional. If you want a locally owned and operated carpet cleaner who is prompt, professional and reasonably priced, Tufts is the best choice.

The couple darker spots that showed back up are most likely what we call “wicking,” which can happen occasionally as the carpet dries, especially if something had soaked deeper into the backing or pad previously. Usually it’s a pretty straightforward touch-up for us.

At Tufts Carpet Cleaning we stand behind our work and definitely don’t believe in cutting corners. If you’d like, send a couple photos of the spots over to us at (503)665-6796 or email them to us and we’d be more than happy to take a look and see what we can do to get them taken care of for you.
