They checked my cabin filter without even asking. They said it was blown out or damage or some other nonsense. I literally changed it a few weeks ago, was perfect condition when I put it in, no damage, put in correctly. They said it needed to be replaced, despite them damaging it and how can a filter need to be replaced so soon? They also gave a huge list of things that needed to be changed, many which aren't needed. They changed my rotors, probably didn't even need to be changed, they advised for them both to be done together. I do not trust this place, wont return.

Great people! I bought a used car there, and I recently got my other car repaired. They know what they’re doing, and they don’t try to hustle you. I trust them. Cars (and everything really) are so expensive today, at least I know I’m paying my money’s worth for trustworthy folks. I won’t go anywhere else. I hope they keep what they’re doing.

I have used Precision for around 20 years. On my first Honda CRV, a dealership had told me I needed a transmission replacement. I then took it to Precision and they said the transmission was fine. I drove that Honda another 8 years. We moved out of state a few years ago, but I still bring my Ridgeline to Precision because I trust them implicitly.

Precision Incorporated is a GOLD Premium service garage. Had an AC air flow issue 2021 Toyota Highlander. They were able to replace the faulty part in a fraction of the time and cost due to their ingenuity and experience. They are my new auto service center.

I trust the people at Precision Inc with my family's vehicle maintenance. I've appreciated addressing the issue(s) I came in to see them about yet giving me a heads up of things to keep my eye on or plan on. The service was great here. I showed up early before my appointment and they got me right in. The service didn't take long so I was on my way fast. They did also inspect for leaks checked tires and checked my battery which was unexpected because most places ignore the battery if the vehicle starts. The waiting area is a little small but you can go next store to the sales office where there is a much bigger sitting area and a TV to wait while your vehicle is serviced. There is also water and coffee over there. I trust there work and have had no issues. It is best to make an appointment because they seem to have steady work but then you will be able to get in and out if you prefer to wait. It is best to call for pricing because different vehicles can vary on price because of oil quantity and filter cost. They also did repairs on a vehicle I purchased before I purchased it and 6 months later I have had no issues. They do warranty most of there work but it is best to ask how many miles and months the warranty is.

Saw were Victors family buys used parts off eBay and sells them as new If you want genuine people who respect you to work on your car, stay FAR FAR away from these guys. They don't care or respect you or any of the cars that they are working on and it shows. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Needed a leaking axle seal replaced. I have no idea what that part is or what it does. Honda dealership quoted me over $1,000 to replace the seal and insisted I have a wheel alignment done as well. I made an appointment with Precision within two days, they located which axle seal needed to be replaced and informed me that an all wheel alignment was unnecessary. They charged me less than a third, just over $300, than what the dealership would have charged. Finally, one of the shop guys agreed to stay later than 5:30 p.m. when I informed him that traffic was horrible and my Uber was not going to arrive at the shop in time for me to pick up my CR-V. Top notch all around.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Shady, Dishonest, and a Complete Waste of Time This dealership operates with zero integrity. The sales staff was deceptive, evasive, and clearly trained to say whatever it takes to get you through the door—then change the story once you’re stuck. Prices, terms, and promises magically shifted, and when questioned, they became defensive instead of honest. The entire process felt like a bait-and-switch operation. Basic questions were dodged, paperwork was slow and sloppy, and transparency was nonexistent. You’re treated like a number, not a customer, and once they realize you won’t be bullied or manipulated, their attitude changes fast. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away. There are plenty of dealerships that don’t rely on pressure tactics and half-truths to make a sale. This one is not it.

I purchased my Toyota from Precision Auto and they were so lovely and helpful throughout the buying process. The VSC light came on after my purchase and they upheld their 30 days warranty and took excellent care of my vehicle. I was in and out of the shop a few times and with my busy schedule Enrique even drove me to work one morning and came and picked me up when my car was finished. They even did work on my car on Christmas Eve this business is dedicated! These are good and honest people. They always pleasant to talk to and very personable. I can tell it means a lot to them that their customers and their vehicles are taken care of. I am so glad I found my Tucson mechanic shop. I will be coming back!
