I honestly cannot say enough good things about NTG Waste Removal. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do cleaning out my father’s home after his passing and from start to finish, they treated me with nothing but kindness, respect, and professionalism. The gentleman who delivered the dumpster was incredibly kind and patient. I was very emotional, even cried while he was there, and he never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He was genuinely compassionate, which meant more than he probably realizes. Despite it being one of the busiest times of the year Christmas and New Year’s they were extremely punctual, communicated clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. When I finished filling the dumpster, they even came first thing on New Year’s Eve to pick it up, no hassle, no attitude, no delays. That alone speaks volumes.They were respectful, honest, and transparent. The driver even reassured me that I likely didn’t go over the weight limit, which helped ease my anxiety even more. On top of all that, their pricing was very fair especially compared to what I’m used to back home in Massachusetts. If you’re going through a difficult time and need reliable waste removal, NTG is exactly who you want to work with. Outstanding customer service, punctual, compassionate, and professional. I am incredibly grateful for them and would recommend them without hesitation.

Wow! We called at 8am, asking for a same day pick up of an old oversized chair and they were at our house exactly at 9am. Nick was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I am moving out of my house. I called NTG to pickup the last items we didn't want and no one else wanted. They came over the same day! There were some very heavy desk pieces upstairs. NTG removed them WITHOUT scuffing up or denting the drywall! I will use them again when I need junk removed. Their price was super reasonable compared to the other junk removal businesses.

Definitely recommend NTG waste removal. Nick and his crew were fantastic, super friendly and on time. They worked fast as to not to interrupt the flow of traffic at our cul-de-sac . They even had tools to help take apart an old shed we needed to get rid of. The price was spot on too, very affordable.
