When visiting Melbourne this week I went into the store on Thursday the 21st as I was in the market to purchase my first ever chest binder. I was super nervous but this feeling was immediately eased as the team member in the store greeted me with her incredible welcoming aura. From start to finish, my experience in this store was outstanding and I applaud the efforts of the staff member that assisted me. As a non-binary person she made me feel super supported and eased all of my worries and concerns I had prior to entering the store. She even made sure to check the fit of the binder and make sure I was satisfied with how everything was fitting. I have full confidence in recommending this store to my fellow trans and non-binary divas in the community. Keep slaying! and to the girly that served me, thankyou for making my first experience with binder shopping such a positive one!

Incredibly welcoming and supportive store! I brought my friend here for his first packer and we were both amazed by the range of different styles, sizes, colours and textures. For the first time he was able to feel them in person rather then scrolling through websites and find the exact one that felt right for him. Staff are more than happy to go the extra mile to help including ordering in additional sizes or get in products that meet your needs. I can’t speak more highly of the team 🙂

The family at Tuck and Bind (Illusions Lingerie) are amazing. So supportive, knowledgeable and judgement free. They’re one of the only physical shops I know of that sell items specifically for trans people and it’s amazing!

A wonderful experience in a relatively easy to find location.
As a (MTF) Cross dresser, I've always guessed at my bra size: with no real way of knowing if I was doing the right thing.
That all changed, after a visit, the staff are wonderful; running all over the store to find the right fit with plenty of tips on how to do thing right.
I'll certainly be when, I'm on that side of Melbourne again.
