Our server was a delight. The food was scrumptious. The portion left me satisfied. The price was right.
I appreciated that the our waitress brought me a 2nd oj when I mentioned that the one I had was watery.
I also appreciated the choice of almond or oat milk for my coffee.
Thank you
I will definitely return before leaving Phoenix.
Thank you Mercedes; you were very kind and took care of us. I ordered a bit of food and it was ready quickly. I called the Phoenix location and you were lovely. This is my 2nd time and I will be returning! 91 psalms

Marissa, thank you for returning and for praising Mercedes. We're pleased your order was ready quickly—your kind words mean a lot. We look forward to serving you again.
Had an awesome experience at Tryst today. There were 7 of us, we all enjoyed our meals. The service we received from Mercedes was exceptional. She always had a smile on her face, was so patient with our group. Cannot say enough about her, was an absolute pleasure to be served by her.

Lisa, thank you for the lovely review. So glad all seven enjoyed their meals and that Mercedes's warm, patient service made your visit memorable. We appreciate you.
My wife and I were looking for a Cafe in this area and Tryst came up high in the recommendations, without paying for a sponsored ad. Just truthful positive reviews and feedback. I had steak and eggs, a solid medium rare and over medium eggs. What stole the show were the rose potatoes that came with my food and the pecan crusted French toast that my wife ordered. I highly recommend this Cafe for it's many food options and drinks. We got the espresso martini chocolate pudding to go, because...why not? Had a couple bites here....so good! To make all this work, Rachael and Nikki crushed it behind the bar and at the tables, great attitudes and personal stories, time permitting of course. If you come in, and it is busy, be patient, they are fast and efficient, it is all worth any wait you might experience.

Thank you, Bruce, for your wonderful review of Tryst Cafe! We're delighted you enjoyed your meal and the warm service. We look forward to welcoming you and your wife back soon!
I've been trying to reach the owners/management for 2 months regarding the employee they have working under my social security number. They always say they'll get back with me and never do. The other restaurant this person worked at fired him when I gave them the information. There is a police report and an active investigation.
So now everyone can know you are actively employing a person using my social security number. Stop it now. Identity theft is a felony. You're helping them commit a felony by continuing to employing them.
L&S restaurants is the name of your parent company. I have more information that im happy to make public.
You guys should contact me and let's get this resolved.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with warm smiles and great service. I highly recommend the beet salad. I had mine topped with salmon to round it out. This is a great place if you're looking for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free options. Excellent food and truly exceptional customer service. I highly recommend.

Thank you, Jennifer, for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to be your go-to spot for breakfast and lunch in Phoenix. Your kind words about our food and service mean a lot to us.
The food tastes OK. Eggs Benedict needs a little work. Mine was cooked too much with no yolk. But I've had their other dishes and they were good.

Category: Gastropub. When I think of Tryst I think of three things: metal, Dessert Ridge, and lunch. Why metal? The decor is industrial chic: metal tables and chairs, stainless steel bar and stools, stainless steel ceiling fans, stainless steel exhaust hood, exposed ductwork and steel trusses, and metal or metal accented pendants. And it works. I like being there. There is also a patio with misters for heat, heaters for cold, and strings of Edison bulbs for ambiance, but we usually sit inside when my friend and I meet there for lunch. Don’t ask me why, because the patio is delightful. I think of Dessert Ridge because it’s directly across the street from the DR mega complex of shops and restaurants, but it’s a lot easier to navigate and park at Tryst. And I think of lunch because the menu offers a wide and tasty selection. Unlike many restaurants, where I like only one or two menu items, I like many things there, especially the Kalua Pork, the Riblets, most of the salads, the Reuben, and the Fish Tacos. I tried the new Chicken Pita recently. Suggestion: less lettuce, more chicken, and more Tzatz. They also serve breakfast and dinner but I have never broken fast there and they close too early for us for dinner. The service is always exceptional. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice
