We were very pleased with the Customer Service for two scene builders. They tore off the old roof and put on a new one. The guys working here were very professional and efficient. We were very happy with the results of our new roof.
Tusing Builders repaired multiple areas of our cedar-sided house, as well as replaced our entire roof. The crew, including project managers Michael Ramage and Chandler Fondriest, were great to work with. The job was done timely and the entire area around the house was very well cleaned up afterwards. The carpenters repairing the siding were great about communicating their findings and making recommendations as to what "they would replace if it were their house". Genuinely an exceptional experience from start to finish - including the price which came in at less than our other quotes.

Awesome company to work with, Mike was professional and courteous while setting up the job and covering all the details. Tussing's roofing team is top notch and they use premium shingles and products (unlike the many other estimates I got) !! I received a 50-year warrenty!
From Michael coming out to measure for an estimate to the finished product, I was nothing but impressed! Their team got it finished in less than a day, and their cleanup was phenomenon!
I almost didn't get a quote from them thinking they would be too expensive, but they weren't!!! So grateful I used them!

Overpriced and does not honor warranty. I went in and tried to resolved a repair bill of $1000 but they wouldn’t budge a dollar.
They will type below excuses below as to why they didn’t warranty, but why does a roof have serious/ multiple leaks after only 8 years anyhow? Should someone have to have a warranty when they spend over $30,000 for roof replacement. 8years?

Regarding the warranty, our proposal to you on June 27, 2018, for the roof replacement specified a 15-year Manufacturers Material Warranty. It's crucial to understand the difference between this and a full No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. A material-only warranty, which you selected, covers defects in the roofing material itself. It does not cover the labor costs for repairs or issues that may arise from factors other than a material defect. A full NDL warranty, which was an available option, covers both materials and labor for a set period and provides comprehensive protection.
The invoice dated July 21, 2025, for the repair work shows charges for both labor and materials. These repairs were necessary to address multiple deficiencies found during our inspection, some of which were not associated with the TPO roof we installed, such as a chimney flashing. Because these were not a result of a material defect, the work was not covered by the material-only warranty.
You also raised a valid question about why a roof would need repair after eight years. Your roof was installed in 2018, so it is approximately seven years old, not eight. As with any roofing system, and especially with flat roofs, regular maintenance is essential to ensure its longevity. Industry standards often recommend inspections at least twice a year to proactively address minor issues before they become larger, more costly problems.
We stand by the quality of our work and the pricing, which reflects the expert craftsmanship and thoroughness of our team. We provided a detailed explanation with photos in a letter to you before this review was posted and remain available to discuss this further.

Was told when I initially called that they do all projects big and small and when I spoke with the next person was told that the floors falling apart in my home would be too small of a project for them to do. Meaning too small for them to profit.

We are so happy we chose Turing Builders! These guys do the heavy lifting for you, and made this process so easy on our end. Michael Ramage was our project manager - he was attentive, responsive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. And the speed! I have never seen a crew work so hard so quickly - they completed their work in 6 hours (including clean up!), and our roof is significantly larger than most. I wasn’t sure about a commercial building that we had just taken ownership of and the condition of the flat roof. The salesman, Michael Ramage, and a veteran of commercial roof construction and repair came out , and inspected the roof they gave me a very very good prognosis. it turned out that based on their knowledge and expertise. The roof did not need to be replaced, but it needed some maintenance. They pointed out things that I could do to prolong the life of the coating and then came out and did a magnificent job patching up and taking care of things that needed maintenance. Just getting everything in tiptop shape. James , who communicated the repairs was excellent, punctual, very knowledgeable, and did everything we needed done. As far as commercial roof repair, I can say that you should not look for anybody besides this company if you are able to get them booked, do it and you will not regret it. Five star Service, great communication, first class all the way. Very very pleased
