We had a wonderful experience at Sosarsso Vineyard. The host was excellent—warm, knowledgeable, and made the visit truly enjoyable. The tour of the vineyard was interesting , offering a great look into the winemaking process and the history of the place. The views across the vines were absolutely beautiful. The wine and food were fantastic, and even the children enjoyed the cheese and ham. A memorable visit that we highly recommend!

Sorsasso is only 1 of 3 wineries in the Lake region, and of those 3 wineries, Sorsasso is the only one open to the public for tasting. It is the lifelong dream of the parents, who designed their house, cellars, tasting room, etc. and built the winery on a steep, rocky terrace. It used to be wine made just for family/personal consumption, but the dream was to make a winery business, and so they have!
Silvia was delightful and we really enjoyed our lunch pairings (cheese, salume, ravioli).
Merlot, sangiovese, verdese, and sauvignon blanc are the grapes used to make their white, rose, red, and bollicine (bubbly!) We spent about 4 hours, tasted their wines, enjoyed the sunshine 🌞 and the views. This was a really special experience.
Reservations are recommended; you can text Silvia or email. Arrive by car or bicycle, or hike up from the ferry in Domaso.

This review is coming about a year after we went there, but after using the Domasino bottle opener again, it reminded me of the wonderful time we had there. Such a beautiful winery in a unique area of Lake Cuomo. We had our (then) two year old daughter with us and the server could not have been nicer to us and her. She gave us a rundown of the tasting and menu and we got to share some gorgeous wines, cheese and meat and probably some other goodies that I'm forgetting at the moment. I would highly recommend this winery to anyone going to the region, it still has such a solid place in my heart.

We had the most delightful evening at Azienda Agricola Sorsasso. The set menu, with accompanying wine pairings, was perfect. My wife had the vegetarian menu and enjoyed it. The regular menu was really good as well. We ended up buying three of their wines to take home, for a more than reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed the night.
