We recently moved, and found out that our Hawaii trust was not valid in Las Vegas. We searched for a trust attorney and found Trusted Estate Planning while searching the internet. We were surprised that our initial call put us in touch with attorney Luke Smith directly. He answered our questions and scheduled an appointment with him the following week. Everything was gathered during our first appointment and our trust was completed within a few weeks. Everything was done so quickly and professionally and combining our trust into one, made it simpler than the one we originally made in Hawaii. Upon receipt, everything was nicely organized in a binder with instructions on how to transfer everything correctly into trust. The instructions were very clear. Luke also assisted us with transferring our property into trust. We feel at ease knowing we had our trust updated into one trust by a knowledgeable trust attorney. I would recommend Trusted Estate Planning and Luke Smith to assist you with putting your estate in order.
