TruRinse was amazing! They were very professional. Spencer arrived on time. He was polite and answered all my questions. He took his time to focus on the high traffic areas. The carpet looks fantastic! We will be using TruRinse in the future.

Tiegan and Michael did a superb job cleaning our carpets and rugs.
The most amazing job was the circular rug in our kitchen. It was not only soiled from footsteps and dropped food, it appeared to have several grease spots. The rug looked hopeless, but they cleaned it. Over the past two years, I had tried many times to clean it, but could never get it spotless. They did!
The price is reasonable. Three rooms and a hall for $129, $40 for the family room, $40 for 15 stairs, and around $25 for each area rug.
They were finished in less than 3 hours. They used protective corner-guards, shoe coverings, and even braces that held up the hoses so they didn't rub the grass.
Tiegen and Michael were efficient, caring, and respectful, and kind.
Cooper crushed it today cleaning the rooms and hallway we talked about. Glad to see TruRinse still has great technicians and aren't pushy about up-sales. But to be honest, all the add-ons (like protectant) are definitely worth it, and that's coming from a past technician.

Spencer at TruRinse did a wonderful job! He took the time to walk me through all of the options and what would be best for my carpet and rugs. He was also meticulous in cleaning our 10 year old sectional, making it look almost brand new. I highly recommend TruRinse!

We had a great experience with TruRinse Carpet cleaning! The owner Matt was super helpful in answering my questions about smoke removal and Enoch and Ethan were amazing technicians and did such great work!! They took the time needed to thoroughly clean our couch and carpet and we also had them apply a neutralizer as well! They did a great job and knew what they were doing! It also smelled wonderful afterwards as well! Happy with their work!
