Maggie hosted our alumnae tea and without question made it our most successful event ever! She and her team not only served the best tea I’ve ever tasted along with delicious sandwiches and sweets, but they did so in such a gracious manner that all of my guests felt warmly welcomed into my home. She even incorporated our school colors at her own suggestion. We were all left with full bellies and full hearts.

Wow. Maggie blew us away and created the most beautiful tea party for our friend’s birthday. Planning and communicating with her was smooth and easy. She was so kind, caring and accommodating and did everything to make sure we had such a great experience. Definitely already asking myself “how do we have more tea parties in the future” so we can do it all again. Thank you Maggie. Truly!

Maggie did an absolutely phenomenal job. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and intentional. The mini sandwiches, macarons, and teas were all delicious, and Maggie’s energy made the entire experience even more special. Highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Truly Terrific Tea! Maggie, the owner, was absolutely lovely, so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Our event started later than anticipated due to our schedule running behind, and she was completely understanding and flexible, which we truly appreciated. The tea blending experience was a huge hit with our entire team, and the snacks were delicious as well. Maggie did a great job walking us through the tea blending options and made the whole experience fun and engaging. She was on time, well-prepared, and clearly passionate about what she does. We had an amazing time and would absolutely book with her again in the future. Highly recommend!

My daughter loved this party, all of her friends raved about the professional setup and unique idea. The drink choices were customizable for the party and food was high quality and tasty. This was a very memorable experience and we will definitely be booking a high tea party again!

Excellent! Highly recommend and will hire again for future events. My baby shower was exceptional because of Maggie and Truly Terrific Tea Co. team. The jasmine, chai, and green teas were delicious! The fruit tarts, scones, and quiche were all so good! The custom menu with the china, and linens were all delightful and made my baby shower such a special and unique experience! Maggie was extremely responsive and added to my ideas for what I imaged the shower to be. Her staff was so kind, worked smoothly together, and all our guests were so complimentary of the quality and taste. Thank you Maggie!

Amazing. Maggie was so wonderful to work with and made my sister’s baby shower perfect from the choice of teas, linens, tea sets, and all of the delicious food. We did a custom package for around 35 people, Maggie and her team did not disappoint. They were attentive to all the guests, and the menu was so good! There were so many compliments from all the guests! We could not have been happier how everything came together. Thank you, Maggie!

We had such a wonderful afternoon tea experience working with The Truly Terrific Tea Co! Maggie is such a pleasure to work and is very responsive to any all questions you might have. Our Tea-Mate Kelsey was super sweet and helpful as well. I booked them for a surprise at my sister's Bacherlorette in Austin and it was definitely the highlight of the weekend. The food was so yummy and the tea options were lovely- they even had an iced tea option as it was still very hot out! They also were able to accommodate a painting activity during the tea service. We had gluten free and pescatarian guests and they were able to provide options for both. I would 100% book them again!

Everything was taken care of from delivering tables and chairs, set up, service, take down. I didn't have to lift a finger. The staff were gracious and hospitable and the owner, Maggie overseas all details and ensures that the event goes smoothly. I highly recommend this company for any kind of event in your home.

Maggie was literally a dream come true for my daughter and me! From the moment my daughter told me she wanted an “Alice in Wonderland” themed Sweet 16, I started to panic as my daughter was very specific that it had to be a “proper tea” with “proper confectionery.” I knew I was going to need a professional and was SO excited to discover Maggie and Truly Terrific Tea Company! I was so glad I found this company for my daughter’s 16th Birthday celebration. From the moment we had our initial consultation I was instantly relaxed knowing I had found the right person. We customized a tea party that included a menu that teenagers will enjoy. She incorporated the themed decor into the table settings and provided all that was needed for a beautiful afternoon tea. Mrs. Maggie was so easy to work with. She listen to my daughter’s vision and it was beautifully executed. She provided many updates and suggestions that made the event very special. She also coordinated with other vendors. She is a professional with a great attention to details. All our guests were very happy with the food and their services.

Recently worked with Maggie to host a tea party for a group of 17 friends at the Austonian. Maggie did a FANTASTIC job! From the initial communication on my expectations for the event to the actual execution. Myself and my guests did not have to lift a single finger. Maggie had everything under control from initial setup of the space with beautiful tea cups, plates, tea pot and simple things like jam etc. The set up was absolutely beautiful and matched the theme of the event. My guests were extremely impressed with the teas as well as the food served. If you are looking to host your next tea party, Maggie is the person to go to. Whenever I plan another tea party, Maggie will be the first (lol and only) person I’ll work with.
