Wonderful experience with the services of Tru Green Metal. I reached out to the company through a neighbor and asked for a representative to visit our property and access the metal we had collected. On August 22/25 Gary Polgar stopped and reviewed our sight and metal. He gave us a quote and left a cheque for the metal that was on site plus other metal that I was prepared to move to the site. He said that we would hear from the company in 6-8 weeks when they would schedule a visit. In early October, I received a call that the removal crew would be in the area October 19-24/25. On October 19, I received a call from a dispatcher asking if I would be available October 19 or 20, for which I replied yes. On October 19 at 10 am the crew called to say they would be on site within 2 hours. They were there and gone by 4 pm. Absolutely professional, polite and thorough!! There was not a bolt or nail left on the site. The crew helped me place broken pallets and miscellaneous wood in my tractor bucket for my disposal. My yard was finally clear of 40 years of scrap metal, machinery old and older that cluttered our property. Best feeling ever. Use Tru Green Metal, you will not be disappointed. Everyone at Tru-Green, from office staff, and the estimator, to the clean up crew were very friendly and professional. The clean up crew (Dallas and the rest of the guys) were very efficient, quick, and careful. Excellent all around! And the cheque came very fast.

This company was very professional, they conducted themselves very well and did exactly what they said they would do. They did not cherry pick they took it all which was a big help to me. If you are looking to get your scrap metal removed to clean up your place you won’t go wrong choosing this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
