Tanner was such a delight to work with. He made the process so easy and helped us in each step.
We had tried to work with others and they did not seem to know what they were doing but Tanner was very knowledgeable in each step of getting the job done.

Nothing but positive feedback for this company! What a seamless and simple process they made it for me. From handling the insurance claim to the day the roof was done, I was kept fully informed and up to speed the entire time. I was so impressed from start to finish!! Tanner and Brittany were awesome. I dealt with two roofing companies and one insurance company, an adjuster, his manager and their manager plus at least three “engineers” sent by the insurance company just to get my leaking roof replaced. When I met Kaitlyn at True Shield Roofing she told me not to worry about anything; she would handle everything. She kept her promise and my roof was replaced last week and it looks great. She was outstanding and the employees that did the work did a fabulous job. I came home from work and the only evidence of them being there was a new roof. No trash, nails or debris of any kind. Kaitlynn was very thorough by following up every stage in the replacement of my roof. They started at 6:30am and finished by dark all done in one day. Kaitlynn is the best!
