My wife and I had some shingles blow off our roof in the last windstorm. Tim came over and inspected the roof and let us know that the peak of the roof was installed incorrectly. He offered to repair it for us and while he was here, I mentioned that our garage roof was blowing shingles and was older than the house roof. He made us a package deal and we got the house done right and the garage has a brand new roof. Brice and his crew did both jobs in less than a day.

I had Tim with True Roof out to repair one of the bootjacks on my roof following an inspection. While there he found several more that had failed, or were about to fail. He also provided his expert opinion on other areas that would require attention in the future, or that we could address early to prevent or reduce future issues. He was very communicative, sending pictures and providing detailed breakdowns of everything he found. His price was more than reasonable and the work was done efficiently and professionally. If you need your roof inspected or repaired, Tim is definitely the guy to call!

I cannot remove my rating. But I am updating it as 4 because my neighbor came over and spoke and talked about what happened with the company coming into my backyard without permission. There were other areas that could have been used due to the ring camera, my number being available and the customer service I received when calling to ask and file a complaint. Edit: Tim is amazing, called and helped also clarify what happened. Was very interested in what I said and acknowledged what went wrong and what could have happened. Amazing guy!

Just had True Roofs install a new roof on my house. The entire process was fantastic. Tim and his team were excellent and I never had to worry about anything. Great service, price, and quality products all made for an incredible experience. Home improvement is difficult, but True Roofs made it easy and care free. We have already started another project with them and will use them again.
