5/5 Came in to get a few parts changed out, he ended up identifying another issue with the computer and provided a quick solution. Same day i walked out with my pc, he even tossed in a free computer cleaning.

Wishing I can give at the full five stars, but my computer was never fixed. The owner was extremely quick at getting my computer to be serviced even with it being holiday season., but after multiple attempts, it wasnt fixed. On my final visit, I asked him to unplug a ribbon , was told he'll clean it and fix it, And it'll work like new. The part was cleaned as I was able to see the work he did on it, but the part was broken. I brought it to another shop they unplugged the part and computer worked perfectly after that. Edited :company offered a refund

My chromebook's battery died. But as it turns out, it was initially a problem with my charge cable that killed the battery. Had they not tested that and just said it is just a battery issue, I would have blown another battery in a matter of time. I took the system in one afternoon. That same evening I got info on the fix plan and approved it. I got a call by 930 the NEXT MORNING that it was complete! Less than 24 hour turn around.. before the holiday. Impressive. Im hoping nothing else happens to it or any of my other devices anytime soon. But I've found a place that'll fix it quickly with what I believe was a fair price.
