These guys were great. I recently purchased a Bluetti 200 V2 from them online. Now as a LEO, I was originally skeptical and it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I used PayPal and made the order on Sunday night. They are in Victoria and it was delivered to my door on Thursday morning to Brisbane - outstanding service, and I am chuffed with my new power station - better than I expected.

True Gear – Outstanding Service in 2026 I had major issues with the EcoFlow Wave 3 (poor cooling, heavy, short battery life), but the standout in this whole experience was Tim from True Gear. His communication, honesty and support were on a level you rarely see in 2026. He handled the return quickly and professionally — accepting full responsibility by answering my call immediately (a CEO who actually puts his mobile number on his website), and assuring me it would be sorted ASAP. Return labels were sent out for free after I emailed through my findings with real‑world testing and photos. Even though the product wasn’t fit for purpose, I’ll absolutely buy from True Gear again. Reliable gear, real Aussie support, and a service model that’s genuinely been forgotten in 2026 by nearly every other business. True Gear is true to its name — they won’t tolerate gear that isn’t fit for purpose, and they’ll stand behind the customer every step of the way.

I needed a power station and with only one week left until Easter reached out to Tim at Tru Gear who was open and honest that delivery might be tight getting it to Brisbane in time.
