To clarify for anyone reading: when you contacted us regarding your roof during the sale of your home, our team did respond, stayed in communication, and came out to address the concern, which is all documented in our records. At no point were you ignored or left without follow-up.
We stand behind our work and our warranties, and we have a full service department and office staff dedicated specifically to taking care of customers after the install. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration surrounding the UCC termination filing fee. This fee is charged by the third-party financing lender, not by our company, and it is disclosed in the financing documents that are signed at the time of approval.
That said, we completely understand how an unexpected fee—especially years later—can be frustrating. We do wish you had reached out to us directly first. Had you called, we would have been more than willing to talk it through and likely even help cover part or all of the fee just to make things right.
