I just had the best hydrafacial with Josh. He did a fantastic job! He was super friendly and his technique was on point, honestly one of the best facials I've had in awhile. I 100% recommend this place!
I had a wonderful experience at True Aesthetics during my Botox appointment. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
I'm not very good with needles, and I became lightheaded during the treatment. The esthetician immediately recognized what was happening and handled the situation with incredible professionalism and care. She stayed calm, acted quickly, and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It was obvious that she is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and well-trained.
Once I was feeling better, the rest of my Botox treatment went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease. I was very impressed by the level of care, expertise, and compassion I received throughout my visit.
I highly recommend True Aesthetics to anyone considering Botox or other aesthetic treatments. The team is amazing, and I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish.

I have been to see Courtnay for a couple treatments and she is amazing. Just so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience, I will forsure be going back. Everyone in the clinic is so welcoming and friendly.
Hannah was super friendly and so helpful, answering any questions or concerns I had, and in no way made me feel pressured in the process. I Will definitely keep on coming back!

The manager was dishonest about the conversation that took place in the room. With 15+ years experience and many skin care treatment centres and being in health care myself it is disappointing when someone from the same industry as myself does not take accountability for their actions. The owner brushed me off and was unapologetic. I asked for another session to be done correctly however I never went back. When trust is broken when dealing with skin care I thought it best to not take a chance. Buyer beware!

We work with ENT surgeons, and often will refer clients to our colleagues in dermatology if we do not believe we can safely or effectively satisfy a patient’s requests.
As you work in health care, you understand - awareness of your scope and limitations is part of the medical assessment, and key to safe care provision. I had a hydrafacial today by Josh, and wow - what an incredible experience! The space itself is so easy to find, its beautiful and well designed which highlighted the red carpet experience. Beyond that, the facial itself was so relaxing and Josh was the perfect balance of professional, fun, calming + informative. I feel like I learned so much and left with glowing skin. Thank you!

True was such an amazing experience. From the front end staff being so friendly and helpful to Janet providing me with so much information before my treatment. I had the best HydraFacial experience with Josh! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything about my skin.
