Great Work The shop did a great job making our custom pull out drawers. David and the touch up painter did a careful, meticulous installation. On a scale of one to ten, I give them an eleven. On top of that, they were really nice people with a great sense of humor. I unequivicably recommend TruCustom Cabinets.

Overall we had a decent experience with TruCustom. The initial communication prior to the job was fantastic. However, the communication did fall off some as the job commenced. Our Project Manager actually changed midway through the job for some unknown reason. We had a couple of delays on our job that extended the work out further than we liked which was frustrating. Two instances where they mis-measured doors and we had to wait additional week or two until they could be rebuilt. However, all the workers who came to our home were great people and we were happy with the outcome of the work performed.

Our experience with TruCustom cabinets was incredible. The whole crew starting from the first meeting with Keith to the last person who finished the job, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and very courteous. The communication with the project manager Taylor was always prompt and clear. We needed to replace a cabinet in our kitchen to accommodate the new microwave. I am glad I chose to work with them. They made the whole experience pretty painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them for our future needs. Thanks to the whole team.

For five long years, I lived with an inferior paint job that was forever peeling, and sticking to my dishes. I finally made the decision to do something about it in spite of the expense. I chose TruCustom Cabinets through a google search. They are endorsed by my homeowners association. I’m so glad that I did. TruCustom beautifully refurbished my kitchen cabinets and everything else in my home which was afflicted by the subpar paint (baseboards, doors, windowsills). The folks at TruCustom Cabinets did a wonderful job replacing the doors on my kitchen cabinets. When I purchased the building 20 years ago, the builder used cheap particle board doors which began delaminating after the first year and continued to get worse. I hated opening those doors. After meeting with Kevin and reviewing my options, I thought I would need a complete set of new cabinets, but he said the frames were fine, and a new set of doors is all I needed. I saved a lot of money with his advice, and I love my new cabinet doors.

They were able to make what I thought was a difficult design seem flawless and looks amazing. From demo to completion everything was done in a very timely fashion. I needed custom carpentry done on a wood structure I was building. They answered as soon as I called and were more than happy to discuss what I would be needing. I was able to stop by their shop the very same day, and these guys had all the wood tools you could ever need to do the right job, no sweat!
