This is a review on a move that occurred back in December of 2021. Be mindful of using these guys for apartment/condo moves that don’t have a clear path to the moving truck or have limited parking for large moving trucks. It will take double the time to pack and move your belongings and you will be charged accordingly. I had a 1500 sq ft condo that was quoted for 4 hours for packing and loading, and it took 9 hours to complete. Also, some of the movers are creepers. One of the movers was in a room packing and my wife was there alone and out of nowhere he hugged and kissed my wife on the neck. ‘Nuff said.

By far the most convenient, friendly, responsive, and unexpectedly best priced moving service! The team provided white glove service - which was not expected at all on my end based off of the quote and final price (we moved from a three floor condo to a home and most quotes were much higher than Truck and i). Everyone was extremely professional, on time, accommodating to my schedule during our move in day. Their team wrapped each furniture piece and didn’t leave one scratch (we have some heavy furniture pieces)! We’ll use Truck and i and will recommend to everyone we know.

Excellence, end to end Excellent communication about appointments, timing and what to expect. Everyone we encountered was polite and good at their job from the initial appointment, estimate and follow up through the actual moving day. They took excellent care of our possessions, were respectful to the other residents in our community and simply a delight to be with. At the end they were very gracious to do a few above and beyond tasks for us as my husband and I both had foot injuries. They also accommodated a last minute date change for us. This was our 2nd experience with Truck and I. No hesitations to recommend them!

Jonathan and the other helpers were so amazing? They were so eager to please. I didn't even to have to ask for them to remove box after box,opening and resealing them so that I could find the things I want. They even asked what we were looking for and looked themselves. The delivery was prompt and they handled our things with care. I can't say enough good things. I recommend them for house storage.

Recent Moving Experience Truck and i were hands down the best movers we've ever hired. From the initial call to moving day, they handled us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The were no pricing games. The actually came in slightly under the initial estimated cost. They took exceptional care of our belongings. Great company! I called the day before I needed them and they had a crew available to help move me. They moved my belongings from my storage unit to my 3 bedroom house with living room and dining area. They didn’t break anything, they didn’t scratch anything and they completed the job in great timing. They were polite. They offered to assemble everything. When it comes to moving, I will definitely use them again their price was reasonable.

We used Truck and i to help move my parents. We called them at 10:15am because the movers she had scheduled did not show. They came out with a large truck and crew by 1pm that same day on Christmas Eve! They were very professional, clean, quick and helpful. The crew was very kind and friendly too.
