Trevor is amazing. I was nervous but Trevor and his associates made me feel so comfortable. There was no pain during the process. There was also no swelling and bruising during my healing period. It’s officially been 2 weeks since my Botox and filler appointment. I couldn’t be happier.

Let me tell you, Tru Beauty is a lifesaver! After a seriously awful experience with another injector in Vegas a few years back, I was so hesitant to try anyone new. But from the moment I walked into Tru Beauty, I felt completely at ease. The staff is so friendly and helpful, answering all my (many!) questions. I'd been seeing Jay, and while I was a little worried when he moved on, I ended up seeing Victoria – and wow! This woman is amazing. She really listened to what I wanted, gave me spot-on advice, and her technique is just incredible. Seriously, she's a miracle worker! I'm so grateful to have found her and Tru Beauty. I can’t say enough amazing things about Trevor and his entire staff! I was greeted by Joey who is such a love! Everyone was so welcoming! Trevor was so honest and kind with what I needed but also without trying to sell me on things I didn’t like most med spas do. On top he was so incredible to check in on me as I was healing up. Victoria is AMAZING! I love the entire Tru beauty team--from the stellar front desk to carefully selected aesthetics team. But, I recently started seeing Victoria and I'm obsessed! She really has an eye for facial balance and bringing out natural beauty! She has talent and is so warm, welcoming, and really just cares about her clients, its obvious from the moment you meet her that you're in great hands. She really cares about the long term care, effect, and future look of your face. While she will align her work to your goals, its her experience and knowledge that leave you feeling so reassured with your outcome.
I value treatments that are subtle, I always consider what the upkeep will be, and aim to be practical with my budget--she picked up on this without me having to say a word. I've seen her twice now--first session she taught me about the facial aging process, targeted areas of concern, pointed out my facial strengths, and worked her magic to give me a glo-up. Second visit, I went to dissolve some previous lip filler that migrated up a bit, and her attention to detail was incredible. She's the total package, guys. So happy with my results.

Wouldn’t go back
Did not have good injections Brows dropped made a wrinkle under my eye. My lip looked uneven $800 later( I got charged Extra )called asked
if there’s anything that can be done Trevor pretty Much said, I have to wait it out along with saying, don’t worry, I’ll make it right for you. I’ll take care of you after it wears off So with that said I had to wear sunglasses and eyeglasses just to hide things I was embarrassed. But I went back. Skeptical on coming back I did being that Trevor was going to be the one working on me and said he would make it right for me. Did a consultation and wanted to charge me $575. The consultation didn’t make me feel confident Nor charging me that much after going through what I went through.
Won’t go back for sure

I tried a few med spas in the area and this was the very first one I tried. The people at the front desk are very kind, however the experience with the actual product used for my service was a bit of a let down.
1. This was my first time getting lip filler and I have naturally full lips already so I later learned from another med spa that juvederm ultra plus is more suited for me and gave me the look I wanted. They gave me juvederm ultra instead of ultra plus and once the swelling subsided, I could barely tell a difference because it barely did anything to my lips. I had asked them to choose for me and with my natural lips, I feel like they should have known which juvederm to use. Considering the syringes here are $100-200 more than other med spas, you should be getting the correct product chosen for you by the professional since they are deemed the experts.
2. I’m not sure what numbing cream is used but it did not work. It hurt a lot and I have a high pain tolerance. I went to another med spa and barely felt a thing with their numbing cream so I’m not sure what went wrong here. Since it was my first time, that pain alone almost made me never want to get lip filler again. The Botox wasn’t that bad, but the face area is not as sensitive as the lips.
3. My main concern is when I inquired about masseter Botox I was told I wasn’t a candidate for it..but after going to another med spa and consulting my dentist for a second opinion I was told I am a candidate for it and proceeded with it at another med spa instead. Instead of masseter Botox, the injector recommended filler options that I didn’t consider before going in..so I felt like it was more of a sales pitch instead of addressing a customer’s actual reasons for coming in.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. I just didn’t feel like I got what I paid for and was misinformed as a first time client before doing further research.
