We were dealt with Mr Atanas from Trivium Estate agent and we found him very co operative and helpful. Excellent experience with Ayvaz Rustem at Trivium estate. After contacting him on WhatsApp from the UK, he worked tirelessly to secure a one-beautiful apartment close to the medical university Plovdiv for my daughter who was travelling to Plovdiv in a few days. I remember his genuine disappointment when we missed out on an apartment because I was driving and unable to take his calls, and he promised me that he would work to ensure we get something even better.
When asked, he provided valuable advice about location of some of the available property, proximity to the medical uni, access to amenities, etc and ensured that we got the perfect apartment within 2 mins walk to the med uni (and 1 min walk to the dental faculty).
On arriving Plovdiv 2 days ago, we didn’t have to spend a night at a hotel, as we met Ayvaz at the lovely property, and he promptly sorted the very minor issues that we had including getting a cleaner to immediately provide another clean before we unpacked our luggage. Before leaving, he even showed us around the neighbourhood including nearby shops and the medical university. Since then, he has been in constant communication to ensure we have no snagging issues, and is currently working to ensure that WiFi is set up in the next 2 days.
Ayvaz is very pleasant and genuinely wants to help. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with this great estate agent and will definitely recommend him.
