The staff is very friendly. The process and procedure are explained very well by the staff. The doctor explained the process and what was going to happen before the surgery started. He frequently asked how I was doing and then would explain the next step. The tooth extraction was very quick and they explained all the “after surgery” care and medications to use as needed. Overall an excellent experience.
I never thought I would say that any Dental procedure was a great experience. I had what would be considered a very serious oral surgery. First off the scheduling and office staff (Evansville) is Awesome! They helped me get in quick and were extra transparent about cost and how insurance works. The Nurse/Tech was excellent non judgmental and just a delight. I couldn't be more impressed with Dr Stoors he explained the procedure and plan for treatment and put my mind at ease. I have had many painful procedures this was not. I didn't feel a thing!!!!! Dr Stoors and his staff had me done and out in an hour. I have already recommended them to family and I would recommend them to anyone else in need of dental work
