They were punctual, the price was fair, and the owner kept in regular communication with me throughout the process, which is all anyone could want. I cannot recommend Fred and TriState Land Management highly enough! We hired Fred for a large 17,000-square-foot land management and site preparation project, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, Fred handled everything: forestry clearing, excavation, precision grading, preparing two 1,000-foot driveway lanes, and a 5,000-square-foot asphalt pad, all while achieving the perfect slope for proper water drainage. He expanded the driveway lanes to a generous 12–14 feet wide, installed and compacted over 600 tons of RC6 and millings in multiple lifts, and ensured every phase of the project was completed to the highest standard. The workmanship was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets Fred apart is his incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He was on-site every single day for an entire month until the project was 100% complete. That level of commitment is incredibly rare. He treated my property as if it were his own, paying close attention to every detail and never cutting corners. My farm was unsafe and useless after years of neighboring trees on my horses fences and this past winters’ ice storm caused a lot of damage. I reached out to local tree companies and realized I was not banked for such a project. For the past five weeks I have been cutting the trees up myself and realized I had to get help. I contacted Fred and he came right over to look at the situation. Once he realized the scope of the project, he said let’s look at all of the “must have’s” but if you have any “wishlist” items; let me know. By the end of the walk around, he made me realize I had chosen the right company to do this overwhelming project. Not only did he do what he said was going to be done but more. And on top of that; he kept my horses safe and the farm stayed secured during the whole process. He cut all the trees down, removed all the underbrush, saplings, mulched everything for a walkway around all of my fencing so I can make repairs manageable, etc! Pricing was very reasonable and his small but mighty crew were amazing. If there were 10 stars to choose from it still wouldn’t be enough. I will always call Tri-State for all of my land projects! Do yourself a favor and call him today!!!!

Tri-State Land Management was doing a big cleanup job of about 40 fallen trees across the street from me. I had a few holes for a small project that I wanted to get dug. I walked over and asked if they will be willing to give me a quote to get that done. Fred introduced himself and walked over to check on what I needed to get done, he gave me a very fair quote and got the job done when he said he would. Great communication and very professional!!
