Our community HOA contracted Fred at Tri-State Land Management to address our storm water basin. The basin had been overgrown with brush and saplings for many years. Fred has helped develop a plan to clear the basin that fit within our budget. Fred provided a visual plan and addressed any concerns we had. Since the start of the project we have seen a marked improvement of storm water management that has helped keep standing water off of homeowners properties. Fred continues to monitor the project and communicates the best path to completion. I highly recommend Fred and Tri-State Management to tackle any land management issues.

Fred took time months ago to come see our land and gave us great info and direction on how to tackle our project. When we were ready to start, Tri-State Land Management was ready to help and came back out to quote the work. I told him what we needed and they nailed it. Fred and his co-worker did a great job clearing the brush and trees in my yard so I can have a fence installed. I was able to add in areas to be cleared while he was there. Fred was attentive to my requests and completed, without issues, what needed to be done. Great job!

I had a very difficult job. My woods in my backyard has Overgrown onto my drain field. Reaching out to Tri State Land Management they came and gave me an estimate at a very fair price. The work they performed was very professional. and actually went above and beyond the work that was scheduled. Fred with Tri-State Land Management did an incredible job transforming our property with his equipment and one other person. We have been able to expand our usable living space under our trees and can now see the pond. He has exceeded our expectations, and we have already started the list of projects for the next time.

Working with Fred was a breeze. He was able to get a new drainage pipe installed by the county at no extra cost and the driveway came out amazing. It was completed in a timely manner and we have no complaints! 100% would recommend!!!

Tri-State LM is doing a fantastic job. They have tackled disastrously overgrown fence rows, huge dead trees, downed trees and limbs, massive brambles, briars, etc, with professional aplomb.

Fred from Tri-State Land Management did an excellent job on my large driveway. I even had him prep for and install a horseshoe shaped turn around behind my shop. Easy to work with, excellent communication and punctual. Overall quality of the project was excellent and completed at a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Really great work! I got my house graded and they were so incredibly kind and answered all of my questions and then some. Had a bit of an accident (partially my fault) and they fixed it with no issue. Would recommend again and again!
