Tristain is an outstanding Real Estate Agent and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was both the listing agent for the sale of my home and my buyer's agent for the subsequent purchase of a new home. As a listing agent, her market knowledge, strategy, connections, honesty, and enthusiasm resulted in two potential offers during the pre-listing, agent's showing. As a result, we accepted the full-price offer before the home was even listed for sale. As my buyer's agent, she arranged for an immediate showing of a home we found that had only been listed for 7 hours. The house was perfect and clearly under-priced.
