Fantastic holiday villa, spotless clean place In Kala Nera South Pelion, next to the sea, beautiful place with a garden and 2 verandas, excellent friendly people that made our holidays a time to remember!!! Will definitely recommend and return next year! Visiting from the US I was surprised by the hospitality and choices of quality places to eat and have drinks right in front of the sea!!! After a long day at the beach I was looking forward to returning to Villa Agape have a nice salt bath exactly like at home and relax with a book under the huge olive tree patio listening to the sounds of the warm summer Greek night and sipping a nice Greek wine that was offered by the villa owners as a welcome treat. What an excellent and relaxing experience. The owner also suggested to try the local masseur guy which I really didn’t want to miss and I finally received a really 5 star service that really added to my wonderful holidays experience! Very nice and quiet vacation home. Spacious and clean, nicely located near Volos and close to many beaches and traditional villages. Outdoor spaces are quiet and offer a selection of sun or shade.
Owners went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Also were happy to provide information about activities and food in the region that was a great bonus.
Overall it is an amazing option that can house many people comfortably, in a nice and convenient location. Highly recommended.

There are two verandas, one shady in the morning and one in the evening (can't overestimate how useful this is) and even a place to relax in the garden. The location is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of Kala Nera yet only a few minutes walk from all the shops, cafés and tavernas, of which there are many and very good. The sea is also very near, either the beach proper or the steps down to the sea from the promenade (very handy for a quick morning swim). The owner and the key holder were very professional and friendly throughout. Definitely recommend.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους.Πήγα με την παρέα μου και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.Βρίσκεται κοντά στην θάλασσα! Επίσης, ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός με προθυμία να μας κατατοπίσει ! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!!Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία.
Εξαιρετική!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για family friendly κατάλυμα!Πήγαμε με την οικογένεια μου και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι ειδικά στο παιδί μου άρεσε άκομη περισσότερο!Είναι πολύ άνετο, μοντέρνο, πεντακάθαρο σε ήσυχο μέρος με κήπο και μέσα στο πράσινο! Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα, ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε συμπεριλαμβάνοταν στις παροχές του και βρίσκεται κοντά στην θάλασσα! Επίσης, ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικότατος! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!!
Πήγαμε 2 ζευγάρια να περάσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Το σπίτι πανέμορφο, σε ησυχο σημείο, άριστη πρόσβαση και κοντά στην παραλία με τα πόδια. Εχει ολες τις ανέσεις και καθε του γωνιά πεντακαθαρη. Παίρναμε το πρωινό μας στον υπέροχο του κηπο. Υπάρχει ασφαλές χωρος για το αυτοκίνητο επισης.
Άριστη φιλοξενεια. Φυσικά θα ξαναπάμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ !Διακοπές που θα θυμόμαστε!

Ideal for family vacation
We spent 5 days in agape kala nera and we were really satisfied by the facilities of the amenity. The house is very well equiped and provides a family with evrything they would need. Spacious and with separate bedrooms was ideal for our family of two adults and two kids. Moreover, kala nera is full of restaurants and cafes and also a nice beach which is kids friendly.
