Recently my washing machine stop working so I called Triple “R” Technology LLC. Ryan answered the phone and within thirty minutes was at my home. He immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the damaged part and promised to return on New Year’s Day and install the new part. Ryan returned on New Year’s Day and completed the job. Triple R Technology is the definition of honesty and integrity.
I called Triple R Technology to repair my Kenmore washer after every diagnostic pointed to needing a full set of suspension springs. It would have been very easy for them to sell me parts I did not need. Instead, they took the time to actually inspect the machine.
Plot twist. It was not the springs at all.
The entire issue came down to four small pieces. That was it. Those four pieces fixed the problem completely and saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair.
That kind of honesty is rare. They could have upsold me. They did not. They chose accuracy, transparency, and doing the right thing.
If you want a repair company that tells the truth, respects your money, and fixes what actually needs fixing, Triple R Technology is it. Honesty matters, and they proved it.

Triple ************** did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing my oven. My tenants called and Mr. **** stopped his busy day to make sure the oven worked properly. In addition, I had some electrical issues and he had no problem switching out the old outlet so the oven could work properly. I would hire this company to do my appliances again. Great customer service, quick timing and stands by his appliance warranty. Thanks for your service!
What can I say. It was a pleasure working with Triple R Technology. The tech came and mount 4 tv, with wire behind the wall. It was neatly done. I was pleased with the professionalism of the tech. I highly recommend them.
