Updated Review: Clean Clinic, Delay in Receiving Report I had a breast scan here in May 2025, and the test itself was smooth and thorough. However, the nurse’s manner felt a bit cold and robotic — a warmer approach would improve patient comfort. There was a 6‑month delay in receiving my report. Since I was out of town, I requested it by email and sent several WhatsApp follow-ups. When I finally received a response, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue. The report was clear and easy to understand, and the receptionist was helpful. I recommend handling everything in person at the clinic, as they are extremely busy and will miss emails or messages. You’ll get faster responses by going directly.
