A totally fab , new studio, in the heart of Jesmond. There is something for everyone, with instructors offering different focuses. With the lights, music and all-round buzz, you actually forget that you are exercising! Totally recommend this place.

I’ve been wanting to try something different and I had my first class here and loved it! Really good music and the instructor was so helpful and had great energy. Can’t wait to be back.

I recently tried Tribal Cycle for the first time and absolutely loved it! Easily the most fun I’ve had at a workout class in Newcastle. The instructors (shoutout Isla⭐️) make the class fly by and create such a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. I loved that you could go at your own pace but still feel challenged when you’re ready. The themed rides are such a fun touch too, and I can’t wait to try more! And I’ve got to say, I do love a good neon sign 👀

Tribal Cycle is AMAZING! They have such a fun vibe and the instructors are So good. They make exercise feel like fun, have a great timetable and a real community spirit. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve been going to Tribal Cycle in Jesmond for just over a year. It’s a boutique spin studio, independently owned and designed for everyone: everyone is welcome. I’m 50, was a beginner a year ago and I’ve passed my 100 class mark - my fitness has improved massively. The fab thing about spin is all classes are for everyone, you work at your level and steadily improve at your pace, whilst stretching yourself and vibing off the group. So that means I can book any class anytime that suits my diary. The instructors all do great classes, they have different styles and vibes - I enjoy them all. Great tunes, lights, great workout - there is no way I’d work this hard for 45 mins on my own. It’s a totally different experience at Tribal than spin in a gym - they only do spin and they’re very good at it. Check them out.

Amazing community and atmosphere, classes are amazing and the music changes every class so it’s always something new. Also has an upper body section so you it’s definitely a full body work out can’t recommend enough !!

Fantastic spin classes ; combination of rhythm cycling as well as metrics ; The only spin classes in Newcastle that I know of that can rival ones in London boutique fitness classes xo
