Waste of time I contacted Tri-State Outdoor Living for a quote on a paver walkway/patio and a new retaining wall in front of my home. I was asked to send pictures which I did. Then an appt. with Steve was confirmed for Wednesday, June 24th. He came. Steve did his measurements and everything. I never received a quote/proposal from Steve. A total waste of everyones' time. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

Wanted landscaping removed and redone around my corner lot home- from start to finish communication was great and their ideas made my home look amazing. Cody and the Tristate team did an incredible job taking a blank canvas and turning it into something truly impressive. After we cleared some trees and overgrowth, they came in and completely redesigned the landscaping; new flower beds, added beds where there were none, brought in fresh dirt, planted flowers, laid sod, and pulled the whole front of the property together. What stood out most was the process. We went through several design sessions together to get it exactly right. Cody didn't it, didn't cut corners, and was genuinely invested in making sure the outcome was what was best for us, not just what was easiest. The curb appeal went from zero to outstanding. Before and after pictures for your viewing pleasure. Everything has taken root and is growing in well. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning, I could tell Tristate Landscaping was different from other companies. Their onboarding process was excellent. They really took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish with our project. I especially appreciated being able to upload photos of our property through their portal and then connect with Cody, who genuinely listened to our vision and preferences. The design team delivered a plan we absolutely loved. Every plant selection felt thoughtful and intentional, tailored to the layout of our home and the amount of sunlight each area receives. Throughout the entire process, communication was clear, consistent, and easy. What really impressed us was the installation; they completed everything in just one day, which was incredible given the scope of the project. Severe backyard flooding and needed a solution fast! Very informative and helpful throughout the process. Mandy was the greatest when it came to keeping me up to date and passing messages along. Cody's confidence while explaining my issue and the solutions had my mind at ease and gave me the confidence to go through with Tri State Outdoor Living. Very honest individual and solely interested in helping me out opposed to making a quick buck. On several occasions I made my own suggestions and at any point could have drastically increased my cost. He insisted on keeping the job simple knowing the extras were not necessary. Because of this, he gave me my solution all while minimizing my cost. Several days have passed with intense rain and not a drop of water left behind in the area!!!!! Cody and team, I thank you for all that you've done. You have solved my flooding problem, all while being fair and demonstrating the highest level of integrity a business has to offer!!!! In the event of future projects, there will be no doubt it is Tri State Outdoor Living I call!!!!
