I contacted this company last summer related to water intrusion related to work performed by another contractor. Jeff came out and was very helpful. I reached out again this year and chose their company to do a proper inspection with the contractor that was responsible for the damage. They did a great job coordinating with the 3rd party and promptly scheduled my appointment. The other technicians Anthony and Jarrell were great! They were present during the initial remediation and returned to address my areas of concern. After completion of their work, they checked back in and ensured all my questions were answered. My schedule is tight and they were able to accommodate my needs in a timely, efficient manner, with great communication. Carie was also helpful with scheduling and coordination with the 3rd party contractor. I would definitely recommend.

I hired this company because of the reviews. I’m very big on customer service ! So far, I’ve met some really professional people within the company. (Still in the working progress of fixing the damages from water) . The restoration part was VERY much less stressful than I anticipated. I can’t thank Anthony , Jay(Jarrell) and Kamari enough for easing me and my husband mind through this process. The guys provided my husband and I some good advice and explained step by step . Thank goodness, that part is over and now onto the repairs.

Highly recommended 10 out of 10! Response time, care and compassion has been superb with Paul Davis Restortion of Tri-County Maryland; they truly show up and out... since the initial phone call with Carrie and damage assessment visit Jeff. With regards to mitigation services provided, Orlando and Kamari delivered with traditional "white glove- like" style. They were true Gentlemen and would not let me move anything, as they took the lead in handling my belongings with care and moving everything like it was fragile. Any Carpenter and Home Owner would appreciate the precision the Team took to remove drywall, installation, baseboards, tack strips, carpet padding and more damaged by water. Orlando, Kamari and Team were strategic in preparing my home for proper reconstruction. The Team was very thorough in cleaning up nails and debris from the demolition. Orlando and Kamari both exhibited the patience of Job, personality of Winnie the Pooh, and explained things like an exceptional Teacher does. Given the current circumstances of my home having to be deconstructed, Orlando and Kamari's optimistism and aura turned my frown upside down. Thanks you all sooooo much!

I am so grateful for the expertise and extraordinary care Paul Davis of Tricounty took with my newly purchased home in Chesapeake Beach. We bought this home unsuspecting of the extensive water damage to the structure of the house. Highly competent Paul Davis of Tricounty professionals determined what was needed for remediation and repair of the underlying waterlogged wood and support structures to the installation of new siding. Their advice throughout this process reflected their incredible knowledge of all of the construction and engineering components needed to ensure our house will be safe for many, many years into the future. They were always available to answer questions and provide information that guided our thinking and decision-makng throughout this repair process. As part of the process, this firm also installed a new window to give us full view of the Chesapeake Bay. Thank you to the Paul Davis Restoration team! We experienced a basement flood at 3:00am. I contacted Paul Davis Restoration of Tri-County, and they sent technicians out right away. They worked tirelessly cleaning all the water out and drying out our basement. They even boxed up some of our belongings and stored them while the work on rebuilding our basement went on. Our basement is back to the way it was and it was like the experience never even happened. I would recommend them to anyone! In fact, I just hired them to do upgrades to my master bathroom!

Jeff, with the company, looked for the particular exterior french door we wanted. It took some time but he found what we were looking for and from a reputable dealer. The crew were professional and friendly, explained everything. The crew discovered we did not have a header installed with the orgional door and showed us the water damage they uncovered. I appreciated Orlando's professionalism, transparency, courtesy, and mitigation/restoration knowledge. Although my situation was not extreme, he still treated the matter with urgency. In addition, Orlando's communication with Nationwide was superior to maximize a positive outcome. Customer service was exceptional, which goes a long way in my book!
