Mike did a very thorough inspection of our first home. From roof to basement and everything in between, he took care to note and discuss all of his findings to us personally as he worked and reviewed everything with us when he was finished. We promptly received a very detailed report which gave us a clear roadmap for our home’s maintenance and repair needs. The photos and findings of his inspection helped us obtain fair credit from the seller to address a couple issues and we are moving towards closing with confidence. Trust is critical when choosing professionals in the home buying process. Mike has earned my trust and I would recommend him to anyone!

Tri-County Inspections this was my first time using any inspection company and frankly I didn't know what to expect, I thought it was gonna be a long grueling process filled with questions. It turned out i didn't know how much fun I would have exploring my home Mike was so patient and knowledgeable he answered every question. there was so many things I didn't know about my house, he used a really cool drone to check out the roof and other hard to reach places I'll definitely be using Mike's Tri-county Inspection.

Recently peformed an inspection on the house I'm selling. maybe they should remember to turn the power back on to the furnace. Good thing we have a warm spell currently.

This inspection was performed on behalf of the buyer, and as part of our standard process, any systems that are operated are returned to their original settings before leaving the property. We would have gladly addressed any concern immediately had we been notified. I had a great experience with Tri-County inspections. Mike was extremely thorough and identified a major issue I never would have noticed myself. Because of his attention to detail, I was able to walk away from a bad situation and ultimately move forward with a better house. His explanation of the findings and inspection write ups are extremely thorough. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.
